Just came across this channel a short time ago. I’ve been going to a PT who swears by TRX and I’ve really gotten into it over the last 6 months. This channel is an invaluable resource of great information. Thanks for putting up useful content

Thanks Adam, great video. I’ll look to apply this in all my TRX exercises - I think it's particularly important with lower body exercises as otherwise I've found it harder to get that muscle development with body weight only using a TRX.

Damn, I should have watched this first before jumping into one of your workouts lol. I think I get it now. Still sore from yesterday’s attempt with my brain defaulting to the “usual” way of moving through an exercise. But I want to nail it and do it your way and see how it goes. I mean heck, you’re absolutely shredded so you’re clearly doing something right lol 🤘

@@fitnessfreedomathletes Absolutely. I’m a big fella, 188cm and 118kg and first thing I dialled in was the nutrition and getting into a manageable calorie deficit. Using weighted jump ropes for the cardio and those things are amazing. Very humbling too, they absolutely wreck me lol. But they’ve got me losing a little over 1/2 a kilo a week which is nice and slow and sustainable. I know I can get my head into your methods, just have to focus more.

Absolutely, the muscle doesn't now what you're holding, all it knows is the tension you can place upon it through a range of motion.
