one of my exes used to do the same, she would also have her eyes open, but be still asleep. it used to be so creepy, and the things would be the definition of random, complete nonsense.

How does that work, weed gives me more social anxiety. When I was 16 weed would cause harm because I wanted to talk to people, but I couldn't because my anxiety was so bad I would literally start to shake and my heart would start pounding. Doesn't affect me as much now, but in my teen years it definitely did some harm.

Yeh, it definitely is. I tried a bong for like the third time in my life, and nearly passed out as I wasnt used to it, I couldnt move my body, I couldnt breathe, and I think the lack of oxygen and the hit I took was probably what made me delirious. I thought I had died, whilst I was talking to my friends. It was an awful experience. I NEVER thought that marijuana could have an effect on someone like that, but the combination of how we ingested it, being inexperienced, maybe the strain, and it being a drug that just doesnt generally sit well with me (bar a few times) made it a very unpleasant experience. It was terrifying. Thankfully one of my friends was quite good at dealing with the situation, the other one was shaking as he could see that I'd just nearly lost consciousness and I physically was unable to breathe.

Street weed and medical cannabis are not the same the medical cannabis is cultivated to be more medical beneficial than natural cannabis and street weed often has other drugs and chemicals in it to make a unique blend to make it so you can't get your fix from another dealer who sells it cheaper because their weed won't give them the same fix as its a different blend. All in all don't don't Street weed or natural weed only the medical cannabis doctors prescribe is actually safe and beneficial.

@@QueenVictoria26 , let's try an experiment. If of you l lay in the water face down and hold your breath, straighten out your waist and hold your hands out to your side, do your legs rise or fall? If your stomach is relaxed and your legs sink, your body may have a high bone and muscle density, causing you to sink. The test won't be accurate if your stomach muscles are tight, because that will pull your legs downward. If your legs do float up, then the issue may be that when you are swimming, you may be that you are flexing (bending) your ankles on the downward sweep of the kick, which will be like putting in the brakes in a car, causing you to show down, stop, or even go backwards), or that you are simply making a very deep and large kick. Ideally, in Freestyle, you want to have a small, shallow, fast kick, originating from the hips, with toes pointed and knees mostly straight, making turbulence as you go along.. If you can't fix it, try using fins, they may make the kick too big, but they will tire out your ankles and make them relax. Good luck and let us know how this works!

It actually helps me have an appetite which was greatly decreased after a year and a half of being sick with gallbladder failure. Even after the surgery, I don't really feel hungry but instead feel nauseous if I don't eat, which then makes it even harder to eat.

When it comes to me I'm less aggressive and it sometimes helps with my depression, specially when I have really stressful and traumatic day. It relaxes my mind BC I have ADHD, depression, anxiety and I tend to overthink things. So its nice to quiet my brains sometimes. Do you know how hard it is to have brain that thinks 5 thoughts at the some time. So weed helped me a lot, its not something that solved my problems but it helped me stay calm in situation where I should have mental break down.

The medical positives are overwhelming for the most part and I think it should be decriminalizd everywhere and potentially legalized depending on further research. I live in Canada where its legal and so far its worked out pretty well for the most part. Like any recreational drug is definitely has its negatives, i know some friends who started smoking really early (like 13-14) and a few of them have had some serious negative effects on their cognition and overall motivation. I personally cant use it because im super hypersensitive to it, im the guy who takes one drag off a joint and vomits 30 minutes later or is just absolutely couched. Its just not for me overall anyways because I find the high super boring. I think the big one Dr. Mike forgot to mention is its potential for lung cancer when smoked, its not nearly as bad as smoking tobacco but it still has many of the same problems with irritation of the respiratory tract, increased mucus production and a slight reduction in pulmonary fitness (how well your lungs take in oxygen). Any smokable substance also provides a much greater risk for psychological addiction that can be very hard to break. The second biggest long term side effect/risk is cloudy thought and short term memory formation though, my dad has smoked recreationally intermittedly for something like 25-30 years and he has some serious trouble finding the right words, repeating stories and phrases, and thinking things through thoroughly but I do suspect he has adhd like me due to its genetic nature so take that with a grain of salt. South park I think put it best for those are young and it also applies to many other mostly innocuous hobbies and substances that carry some addictive potential like gaming or kratom. Stan: "I've been told a lot of things about pot, but I've come to find out a lot of those things aren't true! So I don't know what to believe!" Randy: "Well, Stan, the truth is marijuana probably isn't gonna make you kill people, and it most likely isn't gonna fund terrorism, but… well, son, pot makes you feel fine with being bored. Otherwise you trust whoever grows it, and buy as high up the chain as you can. The lower down the chain, the more likely things are to become adulterated. Marilee Cornelius Forgive my ignorance but how would weight training in the pool work and what would be the advantages of that vs weight training on dry land? What, if any, risks would there be of damaging the pool in the process, if you happened to drop a weight you were training with, for example? (I love swimming and wish I could use that option to help me lose weight; I have jacked up knees so walking long distances is not a good option to encourage weight loss; but there are no free pools available and, with no income, I don't have gym money or even YMCA money.)

@@toddvandell85 I believe they meant resistance training in pools. They have "dumbbells" made for pools that provide resistance when moved underwater. So, it can help you train all the muscles in a group by providing the resistance (which is basically what weight is) no matter what movement you make with them. So, you can do punches, bicep curls, arm lifts, and even get the resistance from pushing back down with the same "weights." All of this without the dangers of hitting yourself with something heavy or dropping them and causing damage (since they are typically made of a type of foam or other light porous material to maximize resistance), and that is only to mention the "dumbbells."

My sister makes a lot of noises usually huffing and complaining like if she having a nightmare or hurt. It’s weird but thank god we no longer share a room cause my sleep is super light and I wake up constantly.

@@mcozy333 these cancer control treatment studies with marijuana are always inconclusive. cancer is one of those things that it's very easy to say X cured you from it. what's that, you prayed to Zeus and your cancer got better? the prayer must've worked! it's not like cancer is known to go into remission normally. as mike said, there haven't been nearly enough controlled and large scale studies on it, and i highly doubt it can help with cancer just because there is no apparent connection between it and cancer to suggest such effect.

But like I said it does have its negatives I mean it can even cause psychosis in those who have a genetic predisposur to it. It's all about responsible use but weed won't kill you or cause anywhere near as much damage as other drugs.

I have a couple family friends whose lives have changed completely for the better due to medical marijuana. They have lupis and epilepsy. Both were taking drugs previously that caused drowsiness, hair loss, sometimes nausea and it was a disaster. Since both started using marijuana for their conditions, they've been able to live their lives back to the fullest. Truly a miracle drug for many diseases and conditions

@Xoh how is it terrible. It's proven to help with some cancers, epilepsy, Parkinsons, anxiety, ptsd among many other cases. Can't overdose on it. Side effects are a bare minimum compared to prescription drugs.

draquone If he can do it, you can do it too. He isn’t special by nature. He’s a normal human like the rest of us. What might make him different from other people is that he works his ass off doing all of this. He worked hard, got to where he is now, and he still works hard. Not everyone is disciplined enough to do the same, but everyone can push themselves to do so.

I think dr's have their own special cocktail of drugs they prescribe each other. probably a mild combination of steroids and amphetamines with a little oxycontin to lvl out their pupils and heart rate, so they can all feel like Dr house after 12hrs in emergency.
