I agree. 84 sticks out in my mind as the eightiest year of the 80s. The music , movies, tv, and fashion that year was like bubble gum for all of the senses..id give anything to go back
Your taste is so diverse! So awesome!! I even found a couple of songs that I haven't been able to find since my childhood because I didn't know/misremembered the titles. I could hug you!! Keep up the awesomeness!

A round of applause for putting the RAF original so far ahead of LB. Having seen the 1985 video before (with a lot of Italo disco in it) I imagined that the Novecento song was very far ahead.
Funny thing but this year have so many more classic hits songs than 2004 in comparison , 180 vs 7 for me, I still sing in karaoke and I'm listening in mp3s
I was there at that time. I can't name more than 1/10 them,be a good quiz show, give a million. Not me,but someone can. I can pick 1 out of 10 of them bands,at best. I reckon I would win. No,I may dance to it,not a clue who sings them. Great video yeah.

Yes,and I still have the 7" of it I bought back then. On the other hand there are also a handful here that didn't become hits in Britain until 1985. These videos Francis has made are a right nostalgia trip, and even more of a trip down memory lane for anyone who was young and living in France in the 70s and 80s.
Filmé sur le magnifico site de Sperlonga en italie, Pia et Germaine ont rempotté le guiness du kitsch. On the cheesy award, they worth the first place not the second, by far🤔

Hi Wesley. I'm just very happy to see another 80's "maniac" like myself :) In regards to your 1984 list, it's almost exactly as mine. 1984 is my favorite music year as well, it has a certain specific sound. It is followed closely for me by 1985 and 1986. The decade was at it's best in those 3 middle decade years. Cheers!
@@andreim.5324 He! I just saw your reply, sorry for replying so late! I also love 1985 and 1986! (1987, 1988 and 1989 are great as well! though, and so are some 90ties years)
La Bande son du film Electric Dreams que j'adore ainsi que son film qui est hélas très méconnu et jamais passé au cinéma en France. C'est un de mes films préférés.
The internet and RU-vid is for the whole world. How can anything be "foreign"? Just because the music in this video wasn't famous in your country doesn't mean it's not relevant.
