Your style, fabric selections and sewings skills are impeccable! I'm obsessed with all of your fabric picks, especially the checkered black organza in the Butterick, seriously right up my alley! 💗
You are too kind. I really appreciate your feedback and am truly grateful that you like what you saw! We both love that black organza shirt🙂. Thank you so much for watching.
A suggestion for your blouses that you overlocked the arms eye you might want to use a narrow bias tape on the arms eyes to add longevity to those beautiful blouses. They are all beautiful.
Oh my goodness!your makes are amazing! Your classic style is wonderful and suites you so well. I’m very glad I’ve found you and looking forward to seeing more.
Love all of your makes. I also would love to make shirts for myself. You have inspired me to start working on my skills Thank you so much for your video - looking forward to more of your vidoes 😊
I'm new to your channel. I really enjoy watching you and listening to your content. please keep going this channel is helpful and encourages me in my sew journey.
I love the fabrics and styles you chose for the shirts you sewed. So unique and pretty. I also love sewing shirts, though I use a lot of Burda magazine patterns and silk fabrics.
Hello Audrey, wow uour silk shirts must be so lovely! I haven't tried Burda for shirts yet but will give it a try. I hope to strat using other patterns to create soon. Thank you for your feedback.
Just found your channels. Your shirts are gorgeous and I’m not just saying that. Your fabric choices are beautiful. I love button up shirts but have not made any. I will be dipping my toes into button ups soon though. I’m stuck on how to properly shorten the sleeve head to match the adjustment I have to make between my shoulder and high bust. (On only knit so far.). The distance shortened can be up to 3/4”-1” and it distorts the sleeve head so much. What interfacing do you use to get such crisp, firm collars? I’m excited to watch and learn 🪡
Hi Brenda, I am happy you did. Thank you for watching, and I am happy you enjoyed the content and my love for shirts! I understand your challenge, but keep researching and practicing you will succeed. I use Pellon interfacing and appy with an iron. Again, thanks for watching!
Thanks for sharing your makes with us. All of your shirts are beautiful. I've only made one shirt with a collar stand so far as that had me stumped and I had to watch a you tube video in the end to understand what I had to do. Hope you had a wonderful christmas.
