BigKleib34 get a clay bar and clay it first. The rough feel of the paint is contaminates on the paint. Use clay bar to remove those and it will feel nice and slick. Then polish it out if you want it looking awesome and then use that stuff you got. Trust me. Not that much work for the results you will get.

Good stuff Jesse! You def want to have the wastegate dump under the truck. Sucking in hot exhaust gas can kill power easily

So I don't know what I was seeing under the hood but it looked like something was arching and red sparks coming from the rear corner on the passenger side. Take a look at the video again. Hopefully, it is nothing? So a new exhaust and corn with bigger injectors and another 450 fuel pump may make that truck kick some butt! The truck is looking great too! Cheers! Tim

This is super funny, I just did a cam, port and polish, bowl work, and springs, afterwards, added a tsp stage 4 high lift truck cam, tuned it and it's 450 at the wheels all day long in a 5.3

I think the Citgo at 1923 Pulaski Hwy Bear, DE has e85. Never ran it but it’s worth looking into for that much gains.

I thought it would be around 480whp at 15 psi. I use to have a 5.3 in a Porsche 944 hci on 15 psi it put down 568whp but that was with aftermarket heads.

Not if they put binder on the single stage it's basically clear that protects the arcrylic

You can detect single stage or clearcoat while wet sanding or polishing. If you see color while standing or on your rag/buffing pad it will indicate single stage, if you see nothing on rag/buffing pad or milky water while sanding it will indicate clearcoat.

I have a on3 76/69 on my 4.8/80e combo in a 06 rcsb. 91 octane and meth kit, 14psi @ 12deg and it's a best guess I'm around 500whp. Guy nearby has the same truck and identical everything except with a 78/75 on3 dyno tuned and he makes 750whp on the same boost with e85. Guess i should get a bigger turbo and pay a pro to tune mine on e85.

What were the sparks? Also around 11:34 you can start to notice fluid behind the front tire

Not sure what was causing the sparks. The fluid was coolant. It was getting a bit hot and running out the overflow.

Who did the repaint on the truck? Not trying to knock you or anything but your closeups that paint didn't look like it has any depth to it. On a black truck especially, when the paint is polished properly it should have a deep mirror look to it, that looked somewhat hazy with a shallow depth.

I was wondering why it wasn’t making the power I would guess it should make easily, then I realized it’s pump gas, and not E85. So much harder to make power on that garbage. It’s still fucking RAD and will be so much fun and you know you can always make more power on better fuel. Super cool.

Why is your power so low with that much displacement and forced induction? I make 390whp on my 2.3-liter MZR DISI Turbo, stock block, on a very safe/reliable tune.

Those are number good video a lot of people will talk shit but it’s true gas isn’t the same anymore. It’s worth going e85 if your just going to beat on it or save two tunes and when your going to the track run 93 and drop the fuel switch to e85 and change the tune but that’s a lot of work good video Kyle can’t wait to see some track numbers. You going to go full slick or radial? And are you going to get traction bars soon? This guy named victor on Facebook makes some badass traction bars and other stuff I’ll tag you

Sorry man but that was just dumb , having the wastegate dump pointing right at your engine with harness , fuel rail and injectors right there , I mean its common sense . I know its not completed but you could have just bolted a short peice of exhuast tubing just for the dyno test temporarily to make it safe

Doug Anderson Oh sorry that was very harsh of me . Of course I forgot only professional highly knowledgeable car builders and tuners know that hot exhaust gases come out of the exhaust . I forgot the that average population has no idea . Makes me wonder how my wife who can't tell the difference between a spark plug and an alternator even if her life depended on it knows that you should never touch the exhaust on a running car or a bike , she must've a really high IQ .

Exhaust particles,mostly soot, burning while exiting from the wastegate. He explains earlier that it's melting the wiring harness. 6:14
