My Weight loss vlog #6:
Weight loss doesn't happen overnight and can take weeks or even years of building the proper habits to sustain it afterward. I am committed to showing a slow and gradual approach after trying other "faster" methods in the past that left me feeling deprived and restricted.

I am only sharing my personal experiences. I'm not a personal trainer nor a nutrition counselor. I will sometimes include links to videos you might find helpful related to topics I discuss.

oOh great idea, Lubi. I would hold out on #5 for a few more months as I think there would be greater impact/contrast if you make even more progress before doing that one...maybe at 1k subs? I think all the other ones are great...hard to choose. I guess depends on how far out of your comfort zone you want to push. I think the livestream would be the hardest for me. And from watching other livestreams, they seem to be more fun when you have more people show up. Ok, I gotta stop being so damn analytical lol #3. Definitely #3. Because I bet you could do #1 before you go to bed tonight - or even as you're lying in bed procrastinating on it due to overthinking it. Even at that point tonight, you could just say, "Eff it. I already have my phone in my hand. I'm doing it. It doesn't have to be perfect or fancy." And then just CLICK and do it. Ok bye - Chris

How cool that you can see so much progress in your workouts! Sometimes it feels like you are making no progress or extremely small progress. Comparing week one to now, you see you have actually made a ton of progress! Very cool!

Go Lubi GO! Look at that improved balance on the squat and added strength on the pushups. That's great. Plus 15 min straight jogging at 5 mph. It's all coming back, Lubi. Keep it up.

It's going to work the best for you, because it's not only or even mainly about weightloss! Just look at your goals - strength, endurance, posture. You know what you need and how to get there, and weight loss will definitely be a result of achieving those

Thanks for your videos, Im in the same boat, a bit older then you. I have lost 16 pounds but that has taken me about a year, still need to lose about another 20. I seem to lose 1-2 pounds then stay there for a while etc.. slow and steady wins the race. similarly I am eating healthier and smaller portion sizes with nothing off the list as this just does not work for me. As soon as I cut out all junk or ‘bad foods’ I am good for about two weeks then it all falls apart, you have to have balance. keep on going 😉

Aww, yes I do understand how that feels. I'm really taking my time with cutting down on the "bad foods" very slowly. Mostly first by eating the fiber, greens, and proteins. It takes a lot to correct a diet. Did you have cooking videos on your channel? I am always up for some new recipes.

Great video!! I really felt what you were saying about having a hard time entering into social situations after your appearance had changed; it's so hard to see old friends and acquaintances that you haven't seen in a while after you've gained weight. I can also very much relate to wearing holes in sweats due to thigh rub!! I've lost many a beloved sweatpant to my generously sized thighs, lol. But yeah, really great video; rooting for you!! 🙌🙌
