Hello, I bought used Q5 2017 from Switzerland and didnt get vehicle code. First owner is still registeres as primary user on Audi connect and I cant register. Asked Amag where car is bought, cant help. Is there any way for me to start using Audi connect?
This does not work, and I keep getting message “you could not be logged in. please try again later”. I have used the same username and password for the app and that works, just not in the car. Any ideas anyone?
Not really, I've contacted the Audi dealer they may order one and because i bought a car from official Audi approved plus, But please noted the code send directly from Germany and the previous one(original one) will be deleted from my vehicle
@@ngdanny8708 I tried to order the code from dealer 2 weeks ago. I was told it is not longer sold. They made me key user in dealership but guess what the car still ask for code so now I dont know what to do.
@@5LittleDoggies0831 Hi. I was able to solve it. First of all dealer have to make you as main user and you have to sign the contract "main user". After that they have to make you main user of your car. And this is always problem because it's new option for them. They are used to the codes from the keychain. But after main importer of my country sent them PDF with tutorial they were able to make me as main user of my Audi. After that you just log in into MMI as regular user because MMI doesn't know the updated policy and will still ask for the code. Shortly after you login with your my Audi account you will be made main user.
@@Romif_SK Good day Roman, thank you so very much for your help and your prompt reply you are very nice and genuine to take so of your time to do so. I am going Monday morning at 8:45Am at the dealer here in Montreal Canada to try to figure this out. I have reinstalled the myAudi app several times and re logged back inn. The issue for me is that I can' use the climate control option / charge scheduling. The Vehicle message shows no information available and tells me to disable the privacy setting in the MMI in the vehicle which I did several times and it still does not work. Nonetheless I will be able to let you more this upcoming week. Once again thanks again for your help much appreciated. Kindest Regards.
