Terrible customer service, I’m 1.5 months from initial order and still no product. Excuse after excuse for why the flow hood hasn’t been made and shipped. If anything were to go wrong I would have zero confidence Mycology-Supply would fix an issue. I strongly suggest in finding a more reputable vendor. I’ve asked for a refund and now they aren’t responding.

@@user-mf3wu8ne6b I had to go the chargeback route with my credit card company because I never heard back from them. If you do need to do the same, do so before the time limit, between 60-120 days.

I would love one of these, just don't know if it's overkill for what I need. Model 1 might be more than enough as I'm used to working in a SAB.
