One thing I forgot to mention that the liner does not have an ergonomic shape around the heel. #aggressiveinline #bladetech #inlineskating #inline #rollerblading
Thanks for sharing. I love my Second Skins in my 909s. Luckily, I don't really have the same issues with the toe box, but I can definitely feel my toes bash against the boot if I slam the right way because of how malleable the neoprene is
Thanks for sharing. I had tried the recall and the reaction liners from myfit and I have the same issue with the toe box. My foot size is 294mm and my toes always have to stretch the neoprone in the toe area, I don't like the feeling. I agree with the comments about the shock absorber, I wish I could keep the reaction liner just to put the shock absorber in my intuition liner.
Yep, I might message ps to ask or at least request to make the shock absorbers available separately. The stretching feeling at the toe box , very annoying. I buy , own and use a ton of PS products but I always end up disappointed in myfit liners and kizer frames.
I hate my reign v3 because of the weight but once i got the skates on my feet I really love how they feel. the most confortable liner ive tried. I just have to deal with carrying more weight when im not skating
If it's more comfortable than anything else, then I guess extra weight is countered. I know many people who prefer the Reign V3 the most, I tried that liner too, my biggest gripe was that it starts to soften up every session as things get a big hod and humid, so soft that I could feel the edges of my shell and cuff .
@@bladelab i didn't had that problem with the camo version but I heard that the regular version without "leather" on the cuff zone is softer. The version with "leather" feels really strong so I can even use kekoa cuff straps. Btw. I'm using the v3 camo on the 909 and I had to replace the insole for a really thick one and add some material from a sneaker on the toebox area to fill the space because 909s have a lot of vertical room. 45 degree straps helps a lot for skinny feet
@@EddyReckless Thanks for sharing this, my 909s fit me perfectly BECAUSE of the vertical space. My feet are thin but tall. Vertical space needs to be discussed more when talking about fits. The M12 in the same size absolutely ruins my feet, and its ultimately because it squeezes the top of my feet more and wedges my heel into the boot
I just passed on the intuition premium liners for my new mesmer set up for the myfit 2nd skin liner as per the advice i revieved, i have the them intuition in my 909s but i feel theyre way too had and unforgiving, how does the intuition premium compare?
If I don't like a liner without heatmolding I won't like it after. plus I lose chance to return it and decreases resale value. Heatmolding liners do work, I just rarely do it. The foam of this liner felt thick and harder than usual and I am not sure if any heat molding could change that.
Like all the myfit liners, those toes still look pointy just like most of their skates. Only powerslide products that kick ass for me are ennui brand for safety.
I buy a ton of powerslide products, their only two brands that disappoint me most of the time are : myfit liners and kizer frames. I mostly own and use intution liners and GC frames, as for safety equipment, I mostly go with G-form products.
