MYNH: First Time hearing and Reacting to The Warning - Evolve! It's Just SOOO Good! 

I’ve been following rock for decades and when I clicked on this video 18 months ago I never expected I’d fall down the deepest most rewarding rabbit hole ever. I’ve been following them closely ever since, and in the coming months will travel far to see them. A ten hour road trip in August and I’m making plans to see them in Mexico City in October. I haven’t contemplated something like that since I was in my 20s. You know they gotta be damn good to get that kind of reaction from fans. They will shake up the musical landscape for years to come. Thanks for the reaction.

To me they are the girls next door getting success, and they want the neighborhood to come along as family. We feel towards them the same as we feel towards our own children and we are PROUD!!! Thanks for the reaction😊🔥⚡️🤘

What always amazes me is that they are even better in concert. I have seen them 3x now.

One of the very few bands that i could say that they can play hard and be stylish at the same time . Dany is the commander of the band , Pau is the heart of the band and Ale is the glue that holds it all together !

The Warning is able to get every nice part of every band that I have ever liked, blended them into one solid, energetic, melodic, and heart pounding style and made it their own. I’m almost 50 and I’ve never been this excited about music. Wow. They came. They rocked. They conquered.

"Survive" from their TedX show brought me in, but this is the song that solidified my attachment to The Warning. It is the rock sound and energy that I have been missing for the past 25 years. They ended most of their 100+ shows last year with it, and it absolutely brought down the house. Yes, even they say that they have a sibling magic that makes them tight. There are very few 3-pieces that sound this good. Rush & Triumph for sure. Cream, Police, ZZTop, ELP, it is likely that The Warning will end up on this list. The fact that all three can sing so well that their harmonies almost can be used as a 4th instrument (like a keyboard) sets them apart for sure. There is no schtik with them. They really let the music speak for itself. If you ever get the chance to talk with them, you will find out that they are the most lovely, humble, down to earth people you will ever see on stage. They may not be able to stay hidden for much longer.

Yes, they absolutely have a blast playing live shows and that comes across every time you see them play. Hate to burst your bubble, but they actually don't wear white outfits in their live shows all that often. When they do it is usually a coordinated decision between them for a some reason or another.

There is a live video of them wearing all black from the Teatro Metropolitan show. They mix up their clothing.

Actually part of their genius is making the listener think that their music is simple which essentially means catchy and listenable when it’s the opposite. Apparently you have not seen many of their shows. They wear black a lot. They do not dress like strippers of tramps but they definitely love the black outfits or other colors. They do not sell sex- they sell rock and rock and that is one of the many reasons The Warning Army loves them so much.

Excellent analysis. These ladies are not only natively talented, they *work* at creating their tunes. They very carefully, over some amount of time (some things come together easier than others, of course), deliberately and consciously _compose_ their music. And yes, they are tight because of this - it's like an orchestra playing off sheet music - there's no improvisation here _at all_ . They even went through many variations of Pau's "Scream of Destruction", with different tones, sounds, multiple screams, words, etc. before finally settling on what we see here. Their composition is at that level of detail and precision. When you hear them on stage, you pretty much get *exactly* what you hear on the "official" recordings. There are some inevitable "organics" on stage, of course, including occasional technical glitches - but they design their music to account for those, too. If all the tech bombs out but microphones, they can still perform... and have done so. Not a lot of bands do this sort of hard work, ever. As you note, it's very easy to have things fall apart when you're a three-piece, and they know it - which is kind of why they craft their tunes the way they do, and take advantage of all the modern tools available to keep them that way... and plus, as they will happily tell you, they have "sister magic" - the native ability to coordinate and communicate among themselves, especially on stage. All of this, including (my personal main attraction) intelligent thoughtful lyrics deliberately written to carry multiple levels of meaning and interpretation, are what hooked me on this fantastic band.

I only just discovered them a few months ago, and tonight I'm going to their gig in London, the last of the European leg of their World Tour. These young sisters are simply fantastic and rocking the world of Rock to its foundation. Viva The Warning, 🤘🤘🤘, you've been Warned.

I was skeptical of them at first as being sort of a gimmick. You know oh hey another chick band. Great. Usually check them out and they're not that good. They usually just don't have the chops. I was fucking wrong about these girls. Dany is now my favorite vocalist. The way she delivers a song is just out of this world. Paulina is a heavy fucking drummer. And when I say heavy I mean she lays ir the fuck down with feel. Alejandra is the sneaky one. You don't really notice her parts so much at first. But she does some really tasty shit hitting some fifths, doing some runs etc. Add in the fact that they all have great stage presence and boom. Can't wait to see them live.

They ar going to open to guns and roses again if I am not wrong will be in september in the Usa.

I really want to see your reaction to the movie group, the song LEGEND. Pretty powerful lyrics

You can’t characterize the girls fashion style with generic labels. They are very eclectic with their fashion with Ale being the biggest fashionista IMO. They routinely share clothing as most sisters do I’m assuming. You never know what to expect from the ladies when they hit the stage from a fashion standpoint but their shoe game is usually on point. They seem to dress for comfort frequently more than they do for style but they glitz up nicely for bigger shows and they always dress tactfully. Being that all three are obviously stunning young women they could market their appearance more by dressing more suggestively but they choose to let their music be the draw instead of their outfits. They don’t need gimmicks. Not to sound weird or anything but their videos don’t often capture how attractive they really are when you meet them in person at a M&G or standing in the front row of their shows. BTW, the ladies and their entire team are some of the friendliest people a person could ever hope to meet. If you get a chance to see them headline I’d recommend doing the VIP tickets with the M&G because you not only get to meet the ladies but often their parents will be close by and you might get to chat with them or Rudy or even Carlos if he’s walking by. The girls will absolutely light up if you bring them a thoughtful gift or speak to them in Spanish. I brought a copy of the Error CD for them to sign. I dropped it in line and broke one of the hinge tabs of the front cover. When it was my turn to meet them Pau grabbed the CD to remove the cover art piece to sign and the case separated. Her eyes opened as big as silver dollars because she thought she broke the CD cover. I laughed and explained what happened and she shot me a look like oh, thank God and kinda giggled. Surprisingly, Dany seemed to do most of the talking to each person and she greeted everyone that walked up so warmly and genuinely. Pau has a bit of a sarcastic side to her and joked around quite a bit and Ale was Ale, mostly quiet and smiled a lot. Great experience!

EVOLVE : Uno de los temas mas Rokeros de The Warning , Evolve es fuego ,es un tremendo Rock progresivo,es pasion ,un bello riff y que linea de bajo de Ale y que rellenos de bateria de Pau . este tema es puro poder una Dany desatada con su potente voz rokera, un rock que se disfruta, Actualmente no hay un grupo de Rock que se escuche tan bien en vivo como The Warning ,sus temas son excelentes y llenos de fuerza

Triumph and Rush copied off of Cream so far as big sound power trio goes. Musicianship has to be excellent to pull off simplifying everything while simultaneously making it sound huge. It’s all about making less more.
