People of the Gamilaraay nation have called the Sandstone Caves in the Pilliga Nature Reserve home for tens of thousands of years. Found at the south end of the reserve, the caves contain ancient grinding grooves and stone carvings for the public to see. Join local guide Brett Ashby on a one-on-one tour of the caves to learn more about their little known history.

I'd love to see the Pilliga one day, my partners family lived in the Pilliga years ago, I think the hut is still there somewhere

Really amazing thank you. Proving that first nation Australian people were not nomadic and instead a big part of our ancient Farmers. The Condah eel traps are really fascinating as well.

we switched to metric in the early 1970's, i remember learning the imperial measurements at primary school, then by the time i got to about 4th grade, they switched over to metric, and i don't know why..
