On BudgetEDH we build fun and optimized commander decks with a pre-set budget in mind. In this week's episode we upgrade the Mystic Intellect Preconstructed deck from the new Magic the Gathering set, Commander 2019. We upgrade the deck with both Sevinne or Elsha as our commander at a $100 budget. We will take out 15 cards from the preconstructed deck and replace them with 15 more synergistic cards that go with our spell-slinger strategy.

29:38 wall of stolen identity becomes the creature, only its a wall with defender. The creature you clone doesnt gain defender. You tap the creature you clone,not as an additional effect. Still though. +1.

You couldn't clone Pramikon cause the legend rule would apply and you'd have to sacrifice one. If you had a way to get around the legend rule though you could

Seto Senco mercurial pretender would enter as a copy of pramikon, gaining the legendary super-type. It would not work.

There is a clone that ignores the Legendary Rule. It has jace on the art. Spark Double I believe.

Forgive me if I’m wrong, but Gerrard’s ability won’t trigger if he’s your commander and you send him back to the command zone as that doesn’t count as dying. The same rule applies to commanders like Elenda the Dusk Rose. They need to go to the graveyard to trigger

just played this deck out of the box and won against my friend with a very unfair artifact deck thanks to copying helm of the host and putting it on Sevinne.
