My daily regimen 600mg NAC/Selenium complex 440mg Quercetin/Bromelain complex 30mg Zinc/2mg Copper complex 5,000iu Vit D3/K2 complex Plus a daily gummy vite with lots of B6 & B12. I haven't had so much as a sniffle since the Pandemic started.
@@hudanoor2203 Yes, I do. I used to smoke when young, and easily get bronchitis in the winter. I take NAC to cleanse the liver and protect the lungs. I love to eat but don't get nearly enough vegetables, so I take quercetin to get a good dose of bioflavonoids. I live in the PacNW, so we do not get a lot of sunshine. Vitamin D3 is essential. I am near-sighted, so I take an eye vitamin each day with 30mg of zinc, which is known to help with vision and virus infections. I am also male, so I take a multi-vite with a good dose of B6 & B12.
@@Condor1970 wish you good health , thank you for your reply. I m pregnant and here in Iraq covid cases are so high , i m taking vit D c and zinc to get protection , i just wonder if it's OK to take quercetin as well..
Both of your NAC videos are great, going to watch the milk thistle vid now! Just discovered your channel, thank you for your clear and concise information! I did subscribe and look forward to more of your teaching in layman's terms!
@@DrJinSung I've been suffering and living with chemical sensitivity headaches for six or seven years now without being able to determine their root causes, or how to avoid them (other than constantly avoiding artificial odors in my day to day life). They trigger tension in the base of my rear neck, which leads to the headaches that can only be treated with hours laying down, or muscle relaxants (naproxen, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, nor aspirin make a dent in the pain). For reasons unrelated to these headaches I decided to incorporate liposomal glutathione to the three or four anti oxidants I already supplement with on a daily basis. To my surprise I realized about a week later that I had not had any headaches. I specifically realized it on an occasion where I had been exposed to an odor which had always caused me headaches in the past. I cannot wrap my head around the correlation between the glutathione and the dissipation of my headaches. I know that glutathione helps the body deal with free radicals and oxidation released by inflammation, but that doesn't help me figure it out. Can you connect these dots anywhere and see where the correlation may be? I feel that if I can figure out how these two things are related, I may be able to get to a deeper root cause. Thanks!
I enjoyed your video due to your articulate speaking style, slowly delivered and easily understood. I appreciate your clarity, consistency of expression and diversity of information. Thank you.
@@DrJinSung Thanks Dr. W.Sung for educating us I love your videos there're short fun easy to understand n informative 👍 Just one question I'm 55 n my family are fully vaccinated but I still have some doubts about future side effects n we only have 2 options fizer n Moderna if I choose to get vaccinated which one would you recommend? Appreciate your help 🙏😊
i suffered with chronic fatigue and head flashes and noise sensitive, that's after i came of ICU life support 2018, i have been taking vit D3 VIT C VIT B1 plus NAC, and a clove of raw Garlick every night, i have don this for 6 weeks now, everything has cleared up, I am 61 but feel about 40, thank god for truthful DRS, all this information being withheld from big pharma.
I really appreciate your teaching method Dr. Sung. You have a "knack" for teaching...lol Short, informative, and concise presentations strike my interest more with follow-up messages, than some of the more lengthy videos whose presenters sometimes go off on another tangent. I see that this channel is growing with over 1K new subs in one day. I'm glad I've joined to receive some great nutritional info!
Would you look into the kale issue? Dave Asprey says that kale absorbs a lot of thallium from the soil and so eating it loads you down with thallium. He suggests that if you can’t avoid eating it because you like it so much, follow up with charcoal tablets to help get rid of the thallium. I’ve never heard anyone else say this.
Hello, I am a new subscriber to your channel. As other commenters have mentioned, NAC is no longer available on Amazon (I just checked), and Whole Foods in my area does not stock it. I did not know that Amazon owns Whole Foods! I looked at other retailers and NAC is either out of stock or back ordered. I went to your site and ordered the Vital Nutrients Brand - 600 mg of NAC, as it is still available. I am thankful to find your channel and look forward to learning more about the benefits of NAC and other supplements.
Anyone wanting NAC in the UK I buy mine from Peak Supps (an online company)...it's £4 for 30 capsules and much cheaper than Holland and Barrett and other health food shops. I take 2 twice a day.
@@DrJinSung it’s good men like yourself that make this world a better place. So glad I found your channel and my absolute best wishes to you for the knowledge that you share 💜
Perfect education Videos Dr. Sung! Thank you! You explain everything so clearly. One question, what Glutathion cream would you reccomend topically on inflamed area? Thank you!!!
It causes my post covid heart to want to go into afib. Stopped and tried again many times until just a few days ago. It had been so long I forgot why I didn't take it and tried again. Bad choice.
Thanks Dr! I’m looking to increase my glutathione level. I’m taking liposomal glutathione but would also like to take NAC. Is Glycine required with NAC? I appreciate it so much! Thank you. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Dr. Sung, is it true that you have to take Zinc with Quercetin/turmeric for absorption. If you don't have Quercetin what essential vitamin can help with absorption for zinc. I don't take vitamins everyday. I take them one a week or just when needed. I eat good. I don't have any health problems but I just want to maintain my health. I have pretty much all the vitamins because of the pandemic but again I don't take it every day, it's not warranted ok I'm going off on a tangent, sorry. I will add more onion garlic broccoli and kale to foods for sulfur intake. Thanks.
My cat has possible worms etc . I do not want to give her away but I am badly affected Only by finding this doctor .am I wiser . Would my cat need same treatment
Is it ok to take nac with a mineral complex? If so does it need to be taken together or separately? What about glutathione with a mineral supplement? If so does that need to be taken separately or together?
I thought NAC was good for the liver as well, especially NAFLD. Is this true?. It certainly relieves the pain I have under my right rib-cage. Gallbladder or liver?
Can I take NAC for long Covid inflammatory issues Its been 18 months and my blood test still having a very high WBC and C Reactive Protein. Thank you Doctor
My WBC is 10,580 and the maximum limit is 10,000. And my C REACTIVE PROTEIN a few months ago was 8.26 mg/L (while the highest limit is 5). What do you think of my readings? Is it okay?
Dr. Sung, on the back of an NAC I bought from PureBulk, it says 'DO NOT use with heart medications'.. Could you elaborate on this? My mom is on high blood pressure medication and is given medication at the hospital (she has covid), and I wanted to start using this to help her recover. Is this not an option for her now? Thank you so much!
I'm starting to use NAC for lung function. I had Covid pneumonia and was in a coma for 5 weeks. Never had an issue with breathing before but now I sound like a little old lady (oh, wait...I AM an old lady). I notice the higher the barometric pressure and humidity the worse I breathe. Anyone else know anything that will help with lung capacity?? I'm doing serrapeptase and MK7 for the scarring and it helps, but after nearly a year I thought I'd be a bit better.
Hi Dr, do you know any study about how NAC helps detoxify drug induced ototoxicity? I noticed when I take a muscle relaxer or ibuprofen for my ovary pain I get that ear ringing, thankfully I stopped taking the medication.
PLEASE HELP!! Dr. Sung!!!!! If NAC helps for glutathione level, taking S Acetyl L-glutathione better??? or...NAC has its own benefit? NAC vs S Acetyl L-glutathione which supplement is better.????
I have pcos and found a supplement that is 800mg nac, 100mg ALA, milk thistle fruit 80mg, selenium 200mcg and zinc 15mg? With the dosage amounts that they are?
I experienced both taking a NAC supplement. I also lost weight and hair thickened but with many new white/gray hairs. I did work all through pandemic in busy retail setting and was never sick. I cut down my dosage to only on occasions I feel I need a boost.
Great info will share, much appreciated Dr.Sung! Is NAC acceptable for daily intake with fatty liver issues (non alcohol related) ? confused from what I’ve found online. Thank you
@@sahararshad5044 You reverse it by getting the blood sugar under control which means to remove sugar and processed carbs completely from the diet. That's the only way to heal it as that it the cause.
Can NAC help avoid severe side effect of the covid vaccine ? Anyone have experience taking NAC before and after having a jab of the covid vaccine have no side effect in covid vaccine ?
I have severe COPD and am prescribed Nebulized acetylcysteine 20 inhalation solution. Three times a day as needed for mucus clearance. My question: Is "NAC" the same as acetylcysteine?
Yes, many states designate chiropractors as Chiropractic Physicians. This is due to the ability to diagnosis, order testing etc. as necessary. Best, Dr. Jin
Does Inhaling Flatulence (bottom burps) increase levels of glutathione? The sulphur compounds should surely do so? I should think that inhaling the sulphuric compounds would enter the bloodstream a lot quicker because it does not have to be broken down in the intestine or liver. Maybe the Dutch oven technique would suffice or possibly the cup & sniff with ones hand 🖐🏻 if anyone has more information on this matter it would be great to hear from others.
