Parents have recently been hitting the nail on the head with lots of questions about how to help their children stop biting their nails. Let me bite into this topic and provide some information for everyone to chew on.

karencita linda me too, but I recently started to stop? And they are growing a bit, then I bite them again, but something that can help is “no bite” nail polish which will taste super gross, I couldn help you!

When I’m on holidays getting loads of entertainment and movement i hardly bite my nails. Sitting in front of my desk though or facing emotional stress or a lack of exercise and inner fulfillment, I can’t stop it. I think that some people in particular have a lot of energy and need loads of exercise, play and fun. Even as adults.

I used to bite my nails as long as I can remember, until after highschool. What helped me was looking deeper at ''When" and Why.i bite my nails. Answering those questions made me stop. I used to bite them when I was anxious or in the middle of an exam. When I wished something could go away. Now I have a 2 year old she's already started and I stopped her always but my fear is that it's gonna take time

After seeing my friends long nails, I decided to stop biting my nails bc I heard that you can get a infection and die, so I stopped biting my nails and I started to stop biting my nails yesterday and i always look at my nails if I should bite it or not and I didn't bite which I'm glad about myself. I use to HATE my mom trimming my nails when I was younger. My solution? Bite them so they never get long enough for her have to trim them again. It worked, but it also birthed a nasty habit that persists to this day so....

On my 12th grade, I stopped biting my nails and on my 1st yr college up to now that I am 2nd yr college, I bite my nails cuz it keeps on having a cut, whenever it touches on something hard or not too hard because my nails are thin and easy to cut, so what's the point of letting it grow right? Ignore them? You must be joking! At first we ignored my son but lately he almost bite his nails more then 50% deep in. Later we found a product (MAVALA) from Switzerland to apply on his nails and eventually he slowly stop biting because of the bitterness.
