I basically bite my nails to make my sadness go away, it's a habit of mine but at least my nails are still in good condition

My nails are very short. When I am sad or afraid I bite them a lot.

I do it becouse it's kinda natural and relaxing thing to do for me. I haven't used scissor for years (only use on leg nails).

My nails is not in a good condition since I always bite my nails to make my sadness go away or when I'm afraid and nervous or when I cry a lot
