What a great hack - nail polish just makes so much sense!! And it’s clearly easy to do. And if you mess it up, so easy to fix!

That was the idea!! Just an easy, DIY that hopefully shows how to add some flare to your razors without any effort 👍 Thanks so much for joining me brother!

It's an easy one, but I think it has some real applications 👍 thanks so much for joining me my friend!

I'm a nail tech, and this is what I do with almost every tool with numbers or markings. Any mark is easy to read on the spot. Lets be honest here. As time goes on, our eyes don't get better.

10000% 💅✨ It's so easy, there's an Infinite amount of color options, and as durable as it is - it's removable. I think nail polish may be my new favorite way to fill in details! Why no one talks about this astounds me, but hey, glad to hear others also like this method 👍👍 Thanks for your comment!

Nice! I like the idea of being able to do different colors for different occasions, like when your team is in the playoffs.

Ayyyyeeee now your thinking!!!! Holidays, sports events - you name it! You just have to explain to the person your with about why you have such a massive nail polish collection

I have used toothpicks and model builders paint (since I had that at home and dare not loan/steal any nail polish) and then used a paper tissue to wipe off excess. I believe Matt at Razor Emporium had a video and since then I do it like that. Extremely similar to your way - but a toothpick leaves less excess to wipe off vs the cotton tip. Of course the added benefit with nail polish is the ease of changing your mind and changing color for the season (or whenever). And the oldies look real nice with a fresh coat of paint on the numbers.

Oh you could totally use a toothpick with this if you wanted the cleanup to be even easier. Honestly I was just showing all you need is your wife's nail polish and remover for a breezy way of adding paint - but your right - this could also be easily improved 👍 Matt's way is also excellent, hobby craft enamel is REALLY tough and very durable - I just like this way more since it can easily be changed. Absolutely agree with you - the vintage really look nice with a clean layer of paint 👍 Thanks for joining me!!

Sitting here restoring some razors watching Josh restore some razors! I use toothpics painting my numbers and springs. I am intrigued to try to find the UV Cure Nail paints mentioned in the comments. Good job Josh!

I hear that is nearly as tough as concrete was it's cured. Definitely an idea for the future! Me painting #s in my den is nothing like craft you do. That's like comparing a pre-school art class to the Sistine chapel 🤣🤣 Thanks for watching and giving the idea anxhanxey friend!! 👍❤️

I'm Definitely at that "color in the lines" level 🤣

This is definitely easier than enamel, although honestly, enamel wasn't that bad. I'll try this on the next one. Thanks!

I done that when I got my Yaqi V2 with my sister's polish. But I've been looking for green glow in the dark 🔥💚

Excellent to see you here my brother!! Nothing intense or too difficult here - but you can't knock it if it works right? 🤣🤣 Thanks again for watching and commenting!

Great! They also make a UV cure nail polish that's very tough after it's cured. This is very similar to how I did my Gibbs with enamel paint. I haven't tried actual baked on enamels or powders as it's a little more investment than I think would be worth it for just some numbers. Maybe I'll try Cerakote as an experiment when I get into doing that.

Yup!!! The UV concept actually was something I also wanted to do 👍🤣 very tough finish, for absolutely 0 effort, and I love it can be changed. Thanks for watching my friend!

Thanks my guy! Figured it may help someone who's too scared to use the more permanent stuff 👍 I actually think this looks as nice as enamel honestly - and I really like the ability to do wild colors 👍
