I am surprised that "someone objects" wasn't on the board. During our wedding when the Minister asked that, I actually looked back to see if anyone would!
i was also expecting that and am also disappointed that it wasn't there. nothing turns a wedding spicy like an last minute objection. NO! MARRY ME INSTEAD! lol
I have seen it. Preachers pencil the names into their book with the ceremony notes. I have seen it where the preacher forgot to put the new names into the book.
@@anthonybrunsvold4482 i wasn't talking about preachers. I was referring to the episode of Friends where Ross says the wrong name during his wedding to Emily.
OR.... the groom going to a room with the maid of honor during the reception. I actually knew a guy who did that. They weren't drunk either. Divorce papers were filed the next day. And he's still an a$$hole, 20+ yrs later.
I attended a friend's wedding about 15 years ago. Her hubby kept stalling on filing the marriage paperwork. Finally, 3 months later, he had to admit that he never officially divorced his first wife, though they had been separated for several years. Let's just say it wasn't a very pretty picture after that.
@debbimahan5095 did he intentionally hide it from you though? The man I knew, above, had some other issues that made him really fun for a few dates but not good long term relationship material.
@@paul16451 it was only two days and he said he didn't think it mattered. When I called the county clerks office and got the divorce info,she told me for insurance and social security we should get married again. But for several years I demanded anniversary gifts on both dates lol. We were together 43 years til death did us part.
Labor pain - someone going into labor. It can happen. I remember watching an episode of America's Funniest Home Video when Bob Saget was the host. In a clip, the couple were at the altar, probably saying the vows, and the bride said, "My water broke." HOLY... As for #6 - that reminds me of an episode of Cheaters, where a woman suspected her boyfriend was cheating, so she contacted Joey Greco. Joey found the proof that not only was there another woman, but on the day Greco presented the evidence to the woman, the boyfriend was getting married to the other woman. HELLO, WEDDING CRASHERS!!! Boy did things go crazy in that episode.
I’d say if one of them said “I don’t” instead of “I do” and if a ring was missing or lost. Apparently that guy had a DJ at the wedding and a preacher playing music at the reception. BOZO!!!
@@YourHighness8888I can as I am married unlike you who has no one. My husband and I both said I do and are happy unlike you who can never say that! You wouldn’t even make it down the aisle.
My answer I thought of that could ruin a wedding is: If the wedding cake is ruined or didn't arrive because you can't have a wedding without the most important thing at the wedding & that is a wedding cake.
