I saw a post asking what women would do if there were no men on the planet for a day. Literally 99.9% of the comments consisted of women saying they would go for walks late at night and that they would wear whatever they wanted in public. Chile the men were up in arms 😂😂😂😂 they were so offended.

My definition of Men and Women and their singular form Man and Woman are People who are grown. Not just in age but mentality wise also. People who handle their responsibilities without being told to. People who Respect Themselves and Others. People who actually Like and Love Themselves without the "need" to boast about it. The same thing applies to Ladies and Gentlemen.

And truth be told a lot of people today use “it’s just my opinion” as an excuse to disrespect people. Y’all want freedom of speech without the consequences of that speech it doesn’t work like that. Some people need to follow elementary school rules: if you have nothing nice to say say nothing at all.
If someone is not being reasonable about someone else's opinion they would say "I'm right. You're not." If someone doesn't agree with the other person they can say " It's just my opinion." There's nothing wrong with that.

With unlimited PTO, employers still have the same process of requesting time off. Your boss/manager can still grant/deny your request. If it's denied, it usually happens because a person is taking too much time off/abusing the policy. It's amazing that you're not limited to set amount of days though.

I really do think that those people sit at home all day for whatever reason and say things to provoke others just for the attention.
