I'm very pleased with my Klima, lot's of fun. I found that changing the P1.1 settings of front and rear motor starting torque in all driving modes to minimum (1 or max 2) makes the scooter much easier to handle, especially at slower speeds, it lets you turn the scooter round while still inS, C or X mode without it trying to take off on a drag race with just the smallest touch of the accelerator. (or drive without blipping the gas) Although, if in your equasion for buying one of these scooters the word "stairs" apears;- forget it! 1. It weighs about as much as a school bus. 2. There is NO locking mechanism for the stem when it's folded down, you have to McGuyver something yourself (i read about stem cracking issues somewhere, is this the reason? is the stem not able to handle the weight?) The top speed is plenty fast enough, only very rarely can i max it out, or even want to. I don't think the accelerator is the best option, a twist grip like on an e-bike would be ergonomically (and from a safety aspect) better, but that's just me.

Hi McSlaine, thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel! I appreciate you taking the time to write this detailed response for the community and sharing your experience with Klima. I'm pinning this to the top so that others can read it. As for the stem cracking issue, I think those were more related to the use of the aluminum parts that run through the head tube instead of the the actual stem. If you're open to it, check out the Polish Throttle in the Nami FB Group. Alot of us use them! its a great throttle and once you get used to it, the amount of control it gives you while maintaining proper riding ergonomics is unmatched (in my opinion)

@@eyebahnrides Your video is very cool and it made me feel like I was riding the scooter. Regarding the stem, I read that the newest scooters come with a steel stem, but you know people's words change from one person to another so maybe they refer to "some" parts only. I think that the actual thumb throttle is the best option because the hand has a better (and safest) grip on the handle thought I wonder how is the performance, does it work like on-off power or does it adjusts the power depending on how you use it?

Met Chuck today at the Brooklyn location. I talked his head off for about 30 minutes, asking him questions, voicing my concern, etc. I don't think people realize how big and powerful the "Burn e" is. Coming from my current scooter, the Klima might be a better option for me but I really want either the "Burn e" or the Apollo Pro, have to test ride both before I can make a decision. The Klima is extremely fun to ride and deceptively fast and powerful as well

Chuck and all the people in FFR are good people and take care of their customers. You are absolutely correct about the Burn E and all of it's variants. It's a massive scooter that looks much smaller in the photographs lol. Both Namis are great options but I've seen good alot of great things about the Pro so I'm sure it's a great option as well. Personally, I'm still considering downsizing to the Klima because I may have to register my scooter with my building and the Burn E is technically over the legal limit and she may ask me to get rid of it. I'm trying to hold off because i LOVE my burn e!

Been glued to mine for the past week, it is such an amazing machine. I live in a mid sized 500k+ population city and it is perfect for commuting around. It doesnt mater if its road, bike path or trail it just handlea it all with ease. Great and informative video as always. I wish you New Yorkers the best of luck in your fight to keep PEV's legal. If you do decide to go with the Klima i hope it lowers some of the anxiety of trying to live with an E-scooter in a cramped place like NYC where large beast scooters can garner lots of unwanted attention.

Congrats Paradyme, I'm so excited for you! I'm glad you've been enjoying it. It really is an amazing scooter for its size. You're absolutely right. It's the perfect go anywhere do anything commuter scooter. What ever an urban environment can throw at it, it can handle with ease. Based on some of the videos I've seen in the Nami Group, I can confidently say it handled those semi offroad situation easily as well lol. I'm glad you enjoyed the video and the information. I figured there's plenty of videos hyping it and talking about performance so I thought I'd approach it from a "how do I like it as a burn e owner and what would commuters like me want to know about it?" I appreciate the good vibes and you're correct that this would draw less attention compared to is beastly sibling. I'll probably be releasing a ride vlog to update everyone on the whole PEV in NYC thing soon. So keep an eye out for it. As always, I appreciate your support!

But most don't care about that but stills it's a shame that they turned it down so far to 250w only. I really want one of these, but I just picked up a slightly used Mantis V2 in the city today. Unfortunately it has the smaller generic battery, but it came with a lot of accessories, looks super clean, and has less than 300 miles on it. I couldn't resist for $800. I'm looking forward to riding it, but the Klima looks like the scooter to have in the city!
@eyebahnrides
@eyebahnrides Год назад
I loved my Mantis, I think it’s one of the best “super starter” scooter out there! Especially at $800. The Klima is definitely the scooter to have for the city, but if I remember correctly, the Burn E is better for your area because of the higher speeds
@ssoffshore5111
@ssoffshore5111 Год назад
@@eyebahnrides I spent a while on the Mantis this afternoon. I bought it because of the price, it's somewhat easy to toss in a car, to have mid size scooter for someone else to ride, and because I'd still haven't found a decent deal on a WK GT (I'd prefer black and I refuse to pay a lot more for that color new from Voro!) So far I don't regret buying the V2 as a "second scooter", but I can already see wanting more speed and stability for my area... so I will continue looking for that WK GT. For in the city, that Klima looks PERFECT, especially if you have to carry it inside daily (compared to the Burn E). Lovin your content, TY! BTW, while the V2 doesn't hit hard, I was surprised to spin the front tire several times today. That Klima must rip the front petty good considering it's almost as quick as the E, in the smaller form factor!

@eyebahnrides
@eyebahnrides Год назад
Hey Michael, thanks for watching. I’m glad I was able to get hands on with it because I’ve been waiting for a smaller Nami for a while! Stability at high speeds is great, no wobble at all. With the Logan’s that come with it, it stops very quickly. I was able to avoid a crash with a car in the video thanks to the brakes. It performs like the burn E on 60% power while being lighter and more nimble. The acceleration is about the same but the the burne definitely pulls harder after a certain point because of the larger motors. The only reason to go for the Burne2 is if you want the larger form factor, the larger deck, and the range that comes with a more efficient 72v system. Hope this helps!

I considered an Apollo V3 or Voromotors Roadrunner pro, but I've been apprehensive to pull the trigger after hearing about some pretty awful customer support experiences regarding parts and warranties. 2. Have you had any glaring issues regarding your previous Nami scooters which may present in the Klima? 3. I'm a potential first-time scooter buyer. As such, I don't know much about third-party scooter accessories. I've heard of some people purchasing scooters and realizing they don't have enough space to mount accessories. Is there adequate space on the handlebars to mount an external light, mirrors, and a phone mount? 4. Do you have a favorite "commuter" scooter? I'm mostly looking for 25 or higher miles of range, 30-35 MPH top speed for keeping flow with traffic if I need to, reliable, serviceable, and I would really like a model with decent turn signals. It seems a lot of the scooters with the "commutable" marketing forego good turn signals. The Apollo Pro's turn signals are very appealing to me, but again, I worry about Apollo's customer service. Have a great day!

Hey Nerd, Thanks for watching the video. I appreciate ya. I'm not sure if I can give you the answer's that you're looking for but I'll try. 1. I'm in the Nami group and I see people complaining about customer service but I don't understand why based on what I've seen from the company. If you buy from a reputable dealer like FluidFreeRide, they'll be able to support you. If they can't Michael Sha and the team are available in the FB Forums. I've seen Michael Sha (Founder of NAMI), work with people who totaled their scooter to get them the parts they need. He's even worked with owners who have lost parts. I'm blessed with having FFR Brooklyn near me. Chuck and Ed have taken care of anything that I've needed for my nami. 2. No glaring issues. If you watch my Nami Burn E Review video, this will go in depth about my experience with the scooter. I'm not saying that people don't have problems, I'm saying that my experience has been very positive. I also take care of my scooter and have trained mechanics do all of my maintenance and upkeep.. 3. Modding is more about coming up with solutions on our end to bring our vision into reality. There are times you'll need to find creative ways to make your build work but thats part of it. There are accessories you can slap on to the scooter, but you have to do your research to learn what fits the scooter. At the end of the day, this is a new industry and finding third party mods is trial and error process regardless of PEV and brand. 4. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with Apollo and their scooters as their products never resonated with me. My commuter scooters have been the Mantis and a Burn E. My commuter Ebike is a super73. I go based on the Battery quality, performance, Ip rating, and design. I can always buy external turn signals and lights to make it better, however, its a pain in the ass to try and waterfproof something or mod it to go faster. I personally think that the emove cruiser is probably the best value commuter, however, I would choose this Nami Klima. As package, is probably one of the most complete, packages you can buy. I hope this helps

I completely agree with you. I personally don't understand the hate for him and the scooters that I see in the forums. I see an owner and a company that's doing their best to support ALL owners from EVERY generation of Nami scooters. I get that people feel that they should receive a perfect product at $2800+ to $5000, but what they fail to realize is this whole industry is new and they have to view this like any new piece of tech. Sometimes they have to patch things and create solutions as they go, but with every fix the product gets better and better. My ownership experience with Nami has been great and I'll be celebrating my 2 year anniversary with my Burn E in 3 months!

@eyebahnrides
@eyebahnrides Год назад
Hi Pedro, thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel. I'm glad you liked it. It's been a while since I've been on the Vsett 10+. In my opinion, all of those 10 inch middleweight high performance scooters ride very similarly. The biggest difference will be the sine wave controllers on the Klima giving it a smooth and manageable power delivery. The improved power delivery is also better for your battery life. The IP rating is better on the Klima so it's a more realistic choice if you live in an area like NYC where its always wet with sudden rain storms. Aesthetics and design is always in the eye of the beholder, but I do like the design of the Klima better. I'm aware that I'm quite biased towards the Klima, but I'm quite open to being a fan of the Nami product line. One thing you should do is jump in the official Nami and Vsett groups on FB groups to see what the owners are saying. There's no need to post, you can learn plenty about the ownership experience of the scooters just by reading peoples posts. My advice before going in there would be to take everyone's opinions with a grain of salt. I hope this helps!

Hi Ben, thanks for watching and thank you for subscribing! I appreciate ya. The acceleration is definitely more aggressive than the mantis but the delivery of power is smoother (if that makes sense). great review - your honest opinions about the blast? i think i would get the klima max if available but currently it's not and the blast is. personally I'm not sure they needed to make a drastic suspension change to a swing arm and one that is tough to look at. What is great is Lg 60 40ah. I also like the 11" tire - kinda getting tired of 10". Thats where the DT city did it right but then shot themselves in the foot with the battery size, dated controllers and display.
@eyebahnrides
@eyebahnrides Год назад
Hi CoggersChannel! Thanks for watching and welcome to the channel, I'm glad you liked the review. I haven't had the chance to ride the Nami Blast yet, but I'm team Klima all the way from a design persective. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so I understand that can be subjective. Based on what I've seen on the forums from the Nami team, I know they inverted the front fork in order to improve stability at speed. It's supposed to create more stability because it allows the scooter to keep the tires on the in more situations compared to the standard swing. I personally don't think I'll ever need that and the design doesn't really resonate with me. I know the folks that are racing the Nami will be happy but it doesn't really matter for us normal folk lol. I agree with you with where the battery and tires on the Blast make it better. I have a vide coming out at 8am ET that might help you out with the decision. But I will say the battery life and the tires of the Klima will surprise the heck out of you! If the design of the blast doesn't work for you, I would go Klima max. Interestingly enough, I test rode the DT City and the ride was far harsher than the Klima. The fun thing with it was it handled more like bike than a scooter but that wasn't enough to convince me to go with it over the Burn-E at the time. The lack of IP rating was also a bummer. I hope this helps!

@eyebahnrides Год назад
Hi An_kan, thanks for watching the video! I'm glad you liked my first impression of it. You're absolutely right, I believe that the Nami Klima Max presents the most complete package of any scooter in its price range. Power, IP rating, quality, looks, and comfort. I've tried the Dualtron City and (in my opinion) was not impressed. It looked cool but i feel that it didnt live up to that image. The ride was stiff and jarring. The throttle was jumpy. The lack of water resistance instantly disqualified it for me ( if you live in a dry area where it never rains, this won't be an issue for you). I met a dualtron owner who actually got rid of his dualtron victor luxury the same week he tried the Klima Max. He ended up purchasing the Klima Max. I know people say I'm biased, but I personally really like what they've done with that scooter. I hope this helps!

@@eyebahnrides Thank you for your reply..!! @eyebahnrides Год назад
@@an_kan You're very welcome! The wheel size is what primarily piqued my interest in the DTC. The wheels made it feel very stable like a bike at most speeds. However, I didn't feel like it did a better job at soaking up the bumps and vibrations of city roads. The strangely stiff suspension didn't help either, though i know you can replace the suspension cartridge with a softer one. I think the right choice is the scooter that you'll use the most depending on where you live. I'm sure if you ask a Dualtron user which is better, they will tell you go DTC everyday because Nami sucks cus its a Chinese knock off rebranding of a Kaabo lol.

Hey Eric, thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel! If space were not an issue, I would go with the Burn E2. The ride is far more comfortable on the E2 because of the suspension and the deck. The suspension on the E2 is a bit softer and soaks up bumps much better than the stiffer Klima and the deck allows you to change stances as you’re riding. The 72v system along with the controller set up gives you a smoother delivery of power while giving you better range. I would only recommend the Klima to you if you’re looking to save space and you’re looking for a smaller more nimble ride. I hope this helps!

In comparison I like everything about the klima except the top speed, 43 mph is all I can get out of it, I’m only 135lb, but the ride is easy, more agile and no steering damper needed, no stems wobbles, and weights 30 lbs lighter makes more difference then I thought. However the top speed is preventing me to replace my big Nami even it does encounter speed wobbling from time to time due to my light weight in the front wheel during deceleration from mid 50s to low 40s.

@eyebahnrides Год назад
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel @techguyjay2192 ! As much as I love the Nami Klima, I don't think it's going to be enough of a speed upgrade to justify spending the extra cash. At 155lbs, you'll probably hit about 40-43mph on the top speed. I'm about 215 with gear and I got a max speed of 40mph with turbo on. Even though the ghost is an amazing scooter, the reasons you would upgrade to the Klima is for upgraded ride feel and upgraded controller that delivers the power in a smooth but aggressive manner. If you're looking for more performance, I would recommend checking out the larger scooters in Nami's line up like the Blast Max and Burn E2 Max. The only thing is, you're basically paying $3.5-4.5K for that power and comfort. In my opinion, totally worth it because you have all those open smooth roads. I hope this helps!

Rear shock adjustment is time consuming but not terrible. If anyone can give input on loosening the steering, I'd appreciate it, I know it might be stiff for stability reasons but it's annoying a little to me, I'm constantly giving it steering input, I'm guessing I'll use a spanner wrench for a shock to loosen the headset. If you're doing group rides or have a long commute or just want to go longer in between charges, the loner range will be better. As for Klima vs BurnE2, it depends if you have the space. If you have the space and the budget for it, go for the Burn E2. It's performance is similar, however, its much more comfortable because of the suspension/ 11in tire combination and deck space. The 72v system is also more efficient and has a much smoother delivery of power so you get good range and a manageable ride experience. Hey Haggis, welcome back to the channel. With a round trip commute of 25 miles the Nami Klima SHOULD be enough with normal riding. However, you'll just have to be ok with getting close to empty on every ride. With the 72v system, the larger battery, and the tuning of the Burn E/E2/ E2 Max, you'll have less range anxiety. If you go E or E2 Max, you definitely won't have range anxiety. For me I have to decide if the space savings is worth basically half the range of my current Burn-E. In the perfect world where I had a garage and space, I would have both lol. Unfortunately, I live in the city in an apartment that already feels tight with the Burn E and S73

@eyebahnrides Год назад
Hi Roland, thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel. I'm glad the video was helpful in your search! As for 25ah vs 30ah, I always say go with the larger battery because more battery is always worth it because you won't have as much "range anxiety". With that said, 15-20 miles should be doable with both variants of the Klima. Check out this video I did of a long range ride on the 25ah version ( ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kPP0DZRMJA0.html ). Theres two parts to the video. I'm pushing the scooter really hard during a long range high speed ride in the first part. Then I ride home through the wet on the second part. I have recaps of the routes and the stats from the ride after each section. At the end of the video I show how much battery I have left after about 20+ miles of hard riding. The 2 variables that will reduce your range are rider weight and temperature in your area. If you way more than me (210+ lb or 95kg with gear and bag) and if it's always cold where you live, you'll definitely get less range than me. I hope this helps!

Does anybody know where the fuse box or fuses are located on the Nami Klima. I went through the PDF manual and searched the word "fuse" and nothing even comes up. Something odd happened. I was riding in an average of 8 mph for about 3 or 4 miles then reached a hill about 25-30 deg and the scooter shut off about 15 seconds into going up the hill. I was doing about 6 to 8 mph when the whole scooter just shut off entirely. I read on google that fuses are often the reason why scooters shut off on a hill but can't find anything online about where the fuse is. I left a detailed message with fluidfreeride but still waiting to hear back. Also the brake sensors were disconnected and it rode beautifully for a day until this happened. Fluid is sending me a new sensor cables to replace the old ones which apparently had issues. Thanks

Hi Daniel, sorry to hear about your issue with the Klima. Was there a speed limiter that needs to be unplugged? If there is unplug it and try plugging the scooter in to the charger (btw plug the charger in first. Wait for the light to come on and then plug it into your scooter). This may sometimes bring back the scooter after it shuts off. The failsafes are generally around the controller so you’ll have to open the deck. I would refrain from doing that for now until FFR responds because you don’t want to void a warranty. I just can’t imagine a hill like that and a short cruise would set off the fail safes. I’ve only seen that happen with bigger heavier guys blasting the scooter at max speed at turbo for an extended period of time. If you have Facebook, you can always contact Michael Sha directly. He’s very direct and will generally respond with in a day because of the time difference. Again, I’m sorry to hear about the issue but I hope this helps and we can get you back on the road!

It was at about 80% power when this occurred. When I plugged it in, the light stayed green. I did seen a video on to from a gentleman in another country. I believe that showed how to get the light to turn red. When the scooter was at 50% power left the light turn red to charge but not at 80%. I was looking to see if there might be a reset bottom to no avail in the manual. I’ll reach out on Facebook as suggested. Thanks again and keep doing the videos. Flats, do you have with your Burn-E? Are the rims the same type, same tires? I am still divided among Phantom, VSett 10+, Mantis KGT, and this one. I may pull the trigger with FFR and get one from the store here in Miami I would move on from the camera you are current using, the constant zoom in and out is so weird... or set in another place, perhaps Great video, TBH. It made me think twice
@eyebahnrides
@eyebahnrides Год назад
Hey Andrew, thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel. I believe the rims, motor, and definitely the tires are different from the Burn E. The Klima uses the 10in CST that feels softer and grippier while the Burn E uses the 11in CST that feels like a harder compound. I personally switched to the PMT Stradales for a smoother ride in the city. I never had a flat with the original tires and I’ve only had one flat with the PMTs because I ran over a nail. Ive had 2 broken rims but that’s all due to rider error and carelessness. In both cases, I was speeding on roads that I wasn’t familiar with on lower tire pressure and I hit a big pothole. The Klima is definitely worth a try especially if you have access to the demo models form FFR Miami. As for the camera, unfortunately, it will always be moving back and forth regardless of where I mount it because my weight shifts constantly while riding the scooter. It’s very exaggerated with the Klima video because I’m unfamiliar with it and I was shifting my weight like I was on the Burn E 😅. It got better as I got used to. If you watch the long range video with it, the camera doesn’t move around as much.
@unloveableandre
@unloveableandre Год назад
@@eyebahnrides thank you for replying. Did you have to do any adaptation to use the PMTs on the Klima? I just saw a video where they could not get the PMT to hold inflated with the PMTs. thanks for joining us for one of the original reviews on the channel! The Klima is definitely a great midsize high performance commuter, but It's really hard for it to keep up with 72v monsters like the supreme. In the perfect world, I would like to have a 72v hyperscooter alongside the Klima. The klima would be my daily commuter and the hyperscooter would be for joy rides/commutes/ and group rides. Personally, I had to downsize from a Burn E to the Klima because of my building. Honestly, I don't really miss much about the Burn E because the Klima is so zippy. Only things I really miss are the size of the deck, the plush suspension, and the larger tires.

Currently a KQI3 rider and am torn between the Mantis GT v2 and the Klima. Mainly cause the lack of suspension is killing me. The island I live on has some pretty sketchy cycle paths, and commuting on a suspension-less E-scooter is getting kinda jarring. Also some extra speed and range wouldn't hurt. The Mantis is 1k (euro) less so I could buy it right now, whereas the Klima would probably have to be financed and my new apartment will have a flight of stairs... Do you live in an apartment in NYC? Is bringing these things up a flight of stairs feasable on the daily? Seems really dumb to me that there's no mechanism to lock the stem in anyway when it's folded. :|
@eyebahnrides
@eyebahnrides 10 месяцев назад
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel Nic. I had the opportunity to ride both the Mantis King GT and the Klima when I was thinking of downsizing with my scooter. I always loved the Mantis because my first high performance was the Mantis Fluidfree Edition v1 and I thought I was going to love the MKGT. I didn't like the MKGT at all. The throttle was really jumpy and the suspension was too stiff for the terrible roads of NYC. It felt like a larger, sluggish, and more cumbersome version of my original. This may sound biased but the overall ride, power delivery, and build quality was noticeably better on the Klima. In my opinion, the Klima is what the MKGT should've been. Both scooters are pretty large and heavy because they're in that "middleweight beast scooter" category. It depends on how many flights you have and how many steps lol. I live an an apartment building but we have an elevator. I've carried the Burn E up 2 flights of stairs when our elevators broke, so I could imagine the other 2 would be much easier since they're 20lb (9kg) lighter. I personally wouldn't own the Burn E if I had to do that daily, but I wouldn't mind the other two. Whats the pricing like in the EU? Here in the US the base Klima is the same price as the MKGT and the Klima Max is $500 more
@NicStride
@NicStride 10 месяцев назад
@@eyebahnrides Hi Eyebahn, thanks for the response! :) In France the MKGT seems to go on average for 2.3k, whereas the klima starts at 2.6 for the standard and 3.2 for the max. In certain stores I've seen the Max and the basic Burn E sold for more or less the same price, which is a bit of a headscratcher... I've only got one flight of stairs, outdoors to climb to get to my door. (Think those spanish style villas where the upstairs and downstairs aren't connected on the inside) I carry my KQI3 Pro by the stem with one hand, so I assume that the Klima with 2 hands with the stem erected should be totally fine for a single flight of stairs. :) Also I'll have the smaller scooter at arms length if I just wanna do a small trip and not bother with the bigger boi. Now my only decision is between the max and the regular version, as the price difference is substantial for someone on minimum wage. I could probably outright buy the standard right now and not have to stress about rent and finding a job immediately when my contract finishes next month, whereas the Max might be a financing situation. Tough choice as I doubt I'd regret having more range, but also I have other things I could spend that cash on... (Such as gear or other hobbies).... Would be happy to hear your thoughts, but ofcourse, it's a decision the purchaser has to make! :)

@@eyebahnridesThanks very much, I began riding scooters in the spring of this year, so all I know of scooters from experience is the '22 Apollo Ghost & '23 Apollo Phantom. I'm hooked, I love scooters now - and will be looking to upgrade next spring, as will my brother, who also has a Phantom. Apollo is a fellow Canadian company, so I thought I'd give them first dibs. My brother & I are doing our homework now - which ones are too big to be practical (if I can't fit it in my '16 Subaru WRX sedan, it doesn't make sense). Please forgive this long msg. I won't bore you with our entire consideration process, but things that really stand out as huge advantages are: Regenerative Braking on the Apollo Phantom & Pro. IP66 rating + 12" puncture-proof tires on the Apollo Pro. The performance, recent reputation, look & apparent sturdiness of the Nami Burn-E2 & Burn-E3 (now that the cracking stem issue's resolved). The removeable battery & performance of the WolfKing GT & GTR. The huge but pedigree-enforced Segway GT2 (3000W motors, but really underused) Some negatives to consider: The availability & expense of getting anything non-Apollo into the Canadian market. Import process, fees & shipping to get Nami or Kaabo products to Canada & the need to go through retailers. The industry changes so fast, if I pre-order something, I'll wait 3 months then find there's a better one coming out. I don't get to ride them before buying them. For a $2k scooter that's ok - but for $5k - $6k CDN + import fees that can't be refunded? No thanks. The decison making involves, most importantly - your channel. I see how much mileage you put on the variety of scooters you've tested/owned & I think that perspective is just what I need. Lots of good channels with product reveals & sampling, but actual mileage & experience navigating a large city with multiple brands is the best. Someone who lives with the scooter, relies on it, knows what's creaking after 1500 miles, knows what tires are best, what batteries last longest, etc. Our focus is commuting & joyrides (Ontario as well as Atlantic Canada), with maybe 10% of that on well-packed gravel/dirt trails. No matter what scooter we investigate, it mostly comes back to the Nami Burn-E2 or E3. I don't want to do without regen braking & trigger throttles just seem cheap on such expensive machines. Excuse the long msg, I'm on a steep learning curve regarding all the tech, mechanical & financial factors behind the industry.

Thanks for watching and sharing. I don't necessarily agree with those points but that's ok. fix the fenders- The fenders are fine. They work just like the ones on the Burn-e. I don't understand why this needs to be fixed when it just needs a little improvement. lengthen the deck- that would defeat the purpose of the smaller footprint of the Klima. The Burn-E and Blast would be better if you're looking for a larger scooter. If those aren't enough, the kaabo wolves and the nanrobots are long. the rear light looks fragile - The second generation Klimas come with integrated lights on the rear fender. The only thing I would add are lights across the side of the deck/stem to give the scooter more visibility. clean ulp the wires and cables- cable management is something that needs to be done better across the industry but this can be done to taste by the individual. I also understand why they dont. Having the loose cables allow the end users and the distributors slack to set up their PEV to their liking. I personally prefer having the loose cables up top so I can clean clean it up and adjust it to fit my setup.

i dont understand why this scooter is only 10 inch.. more inch more safety, we here in middle eu have very bad roads..even European union is suggesting the scooters to be at least 12 inch, maybe in the future it will be required by the law the second thing i discovered by watching the video the scooter was a bit bumpy.. i would think that because you are making a test video u didnt changed the stock settings on the suspension

Thanks for watching the video and chining in. From what I’ve heard from the companies, 10 is used to give the scooter a Torquier feel while maintaining that “standup scooter” look. I believe our roads are pretty bad here in NY so I hope they make a 12 the minimum. Unfortunately, as it stands now, they’re actually trying to get scooters smaller 🤦🏻‍♂️. That’s correct, I’m not allowed to change the settings from stock because it’s their demo scooter. However, I can confidently say the ride is much smoother and more comfortable than any 10 inch wheeled scooter I’ve ridden. With that said, I think it will be a bit bumpier than my bigger Nami just because it’s smaller and lighter with smaller tires. If you watch some of my long range commute videos on the Nami burn e and the ebike, you’ll see that the roads are so bad in certain areas that no tire size or suspension upgrade will stop the shock of the bumps 😅

I totally hate when someone says brand name and 21700, 18650, 4880 whatever!?? It means nothing much ! And all the scooter people do it . Now if you said LG M50lt anything else is junk batteries,I know it's a 15amp 5000 mah , and are fair but cheap . If you said Samsung 50S I would know it us a super powerful, and the most desired cell in the world ! Cells are the very heart of the scooters abilities. I would never buy a scooter unless I know the cells ! For me, Everything else is a fire trap !

Thanks for watching and chiming in! Yup, the reason I mentioned it is so folks have the base info since it’s just a first impression video. I leave it up to the individual to do their due diligence to find out if it’s the LG M50LT and what the dimensions/charge/ discharge/ capacity are. I feel like folks like us that care, will actually do the leg work while other owners just care if it’s LG or generic Chinese. I would even bet that most owners of scooters don’t even care and that’s one of the reasons we’re having a fire issue in nyc 😔

Looks like an Amazing scooter ! No stem wobble ? No shaking of stem at 35 or 37 mph ?

Hi Joe, thanks for watching the video. It’s definitely an amazing scooter. The stem felt solid and doesn’t even flex like carbon fiber stem of the Burn E. No creaking or rattling either because of locking system they have. I hope this helps!
