Same here. Especially since now Danny is sober so I wonder if they're dynamic would be different this time. But I think they'd still get along really well. This is one of my favorite Nardwuar interviews cause Danny's attitude is so infectious the whole time.
I feel like Nardwuar thinks this is one of the best interviews he's ever done, Danny spoke about every gift with such niche information and was totally enthusiastic about the format the whole time. Plus he actually did the doot doot freeze
There's an interview with ASAP Rocky being interviewed by Danny during 2012, around that year. Rocky goes on to say that he spends a majority of his free time on RU-vid, Danny then asking if he's seen theneedledrop's (Anthony Fantano) review while adding that he watched a lot of RU-vid critics 'and critics in general since he was a kid (magazine wise). It wouldn't be too far of stretch for him to have seen nardwar before if he recognizes Anthony. Also love the idea that Rocky and Danny watched a lot of RU-vid

This is a dude that loves all types of music. 5-40, Arcade fire, and goddamn kid rock. Doesn't bad mouth anyone, and knows all the shit thats out there no matter what genre. Respect to this man.
No doubt it would be interesting because Narduwar pulls up the most random shit about people and he'd give some insight into Tech that no other interviewer would,but I still don't think itd be the funny interviews that we usually get from Nardwuar.

I swear Danny is easily one of the most likable people in hip hop. His laugh alone always has me smiling. Also his podcast is a delight. Hoping we get another interview with Nardwuar soon 'cause their energies match each other so well.
Wheels Inn RIP! Used to be a big weekend trip spot here in Chatham Ontario for Detroiters till the dollar went to par, sadly they tore it down a few years back
