God you guys got here quick! Will you be reacting to Naruto Shippuden: the last? It's their final movie and it's a really nice end? I mean, obviously for after you've done with the episodes, just a suggestion ☺️
The hands help Naruto forming his last Rasengan are (in order): Jiraiya; Minato; Kushina; Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji; Kiba, Hinata, and Shino; Lee, Tenten, Neji, and Guy; Killer B, Gaara, Tsunade, Mei(Mizukage), Fourth Raikage, Onoki; Iruka, Hiruzen, Konohamaru; Sai; Yamato; Obito; Kakashi; and finally, Sakura with two hands. The boy who started with nothing but gains everything and everyone. (felt Nagato should have a spot in there too.) The only hand help forming Sasuke's last Chidori was Itachi, who fulfill the promise with Sasuke, "no matter what you do from here on out, know this… I will love you always." And brother's love is enough for him.
@@Scoundr3ll Minato and Kushina are one of the earliest, you can see Kushina's bracelet, the last 2 hands that finish the Rasengan are both Sakura, precisely because one has a sleeve and not the other it is Sakura exactly as she is now, she tore that sleeve when some of the acid of Kaguya'a dimension fell on her
@@Scoundr3ll nah the last one was Sakura's arms because the 2 hands after Jiraya 1 hand had a blue sleeve and had a white string tied to his wrist, that was Minato Second Hand had a blue band or accessory, that was Kushina's
Literally naruto whooped sasuke ass while playing defense , from dusk to Dawn. After fighting in a war and sharing is chakra with everyone multiple times .
I like it how they started the ep cheering for fight, talking who is stronger, all hyped then just went quiet and wanted them to stop fighting and geting emotional by the end. "Lets just go get some ramen c'mon" lol (And idk but I find it so annoying when half the comments for this and the next ep are who is stroner when there is so much more to these episodes and this fight)
I think one of my favourite moments of this fight was while Sasuke has repeatedly said that he is all alone... Itachi's hand shows up when he fires his final Chidori at Naruto. It can be interpreted both ways, where Sasuke is lying to himself and he isn't alone... or even the fact, that no matter how alone Sasuke wants to be, Itachi will always be there (as were Itachi's final words). That moment kind of help more power for me than seeing all the hands show up to support Naruto's Rasengan. Because we know the amount of support he has, and what power he holds. But to see Sasuke, who is dead set to cut all his ties... even at the end of it all, Itachi will always be there with him.
@@mastixencounter dude how stupid do you think I am. Ofcourse it's symbolism. I don't think anyone in this world would think that those were real hands. Wow.
@@mastixencounterI don’t know man when we’ve already seen a dead guy literally give his fucking sharigan to someone from heaven I’m sure that those hands could be real too
One of the most emotional fights 🤧 It's not about who is stronger (at this point they are both just levels above the rest lol) and seeing them go from cheering to just wanting Sasuke and Naruto to stop fighting and go get some ramen together is perfect. This fight really wraps up their characters, their journey and people in their life so perfect (and ends up with these two and as the next ep is called "The Unison sign")
The next episode has to be one of the most emotionally impactful of all the series bar the kushina and minato episode. It’s finally the end. I’ve watched naruto through completely 3 times now and the journey that it takes me on never fails to make me feel things and I’m sad every single time I get to the end.
GOOD for Naruto here bc if sasuke had maitained his Sharingan he would have dodged that punch and hit naruto in the chest or the head and the fight is over.
Yeah alot of people don't realize that when you use chidori you get tunnel vision if you don't have sharingan. If Sasuke sharingan didn't turn off he'd have dodged the punch
@@mastixencounter you'd be surprised at how many people don't get that. I had a whole conversation with a guy who insisted Kakashi didn't invent the chidori, and said that Sasuke did. I've had so many similar conversations like those that I'm convinced niggas is watching Naruto with thier eyes closed
There is a *theory* that Sasuke purposefully turns off his Sharingan when he's about to chidori Naruto so that the image isn't seared into his memory. Since he still evidently has chakra both during that attack (seeing as the chidori is maintained), and afterwards when he initiates another attack shortly after. I think that makes perfect sense, Naruto looks right up at him and he doesn't actually want to kill him - he feels he has to for the greater good (as he sees it). But he cares about and loves Naruto still - it's the whole crux of the fight. Sasuke is one of the most emotional characters there is and it's so funny to me when people act like he's some ice cold killer. This fight can't be topped for me in terms of background and sheer emotion and I loved that they went from taijutsu to ninjutsu to just straight school yard fighting by the end - nothing gets you to feel so strongly, with Kakashi vs Obito a close second. Reactions to this episode are among my faves.
Just reposting this here as well…The director and storyboard artist of episode 476 and 477 is Hiroyuki Yamashita. He is one of the aces of the Naruto franchise
Sakura being the last one to "help" Naruto makes the Rasengan it's so meaningful, because it was in that moment he fulfilled his life time promise to her!
I loved the part they started playing "Need to be Strong" from the original Naruto in this fight. I wished they played more music from the original Naruto.
Ravi's just a Sasuke hater. And what do you mean his Sharingan and Rinnegan aren't fair, Naruto literally has Kurama. It's a fight. You can argue Naruto is stronger, and you're probably right, but it's not overwhelmingly stronger
Always has been. I find it best to just ignore anything she says about Sasuke since it is almost always her just talking completely out of her ass and is just looking to hate on him for whatever dumb reason she can think of at the time.
Incredible fight! I've watched it many times over the last 6 years! Btw that was an actual track from the OG Naruto they used in this, called "Need to be Strong". Also all the scenes with the hands forming the rasengan was added to the anime. A nice touch by Hiroyuki Yamashita! It added even more emotion than in the manga!
Everyone who supported rasengan in order Jiraiya, minato, kushina, ino, shikamaru, choji, hinata, kiba, shino, neji, lee, tenten, guy, kage, killerbee, iruka, konohamaru,3rd hokage, sai, yamato, obito, kakashi, sakura Chidori - Itachi
15:50 You can see just for a second Itachi's hand supporting Sasuke's attack. Meaning to Itachi's very same words that he would always support Sasuke no matter which path he takes.
Naruto used all the lessons he learned from his friends in this last rasenga to finally bring Sasuke back. Despite all the plot problems and not liking Sasuke's arc, I think this conclusion of Naruto's journey to rescue his friend is very beautiful.
Naruto's power reserves and stamina are pure absurdity, he fought 90% of the war against the most powerful foes in all the battlefronts and giving his chakra away and never getting tired, and when he did tire all that took was some inspirational BS like Itachi speech to him, Sakura healing 5mins or some talk no jutsu to obito/madara and then magically recovering all his chakra, stamina and powers. TBH the war arc is the worst arc in the series, i would buy any remake of that arc, no Kaguya or alien BS, better power balances (e.g. a samurai beating Hanzo who supposedly was stronger than the 3 legendary Sannin (?)), Naruto nerf, more side/main characters deaths and protagonism and Madara having a decent defeat instead of that Zetsu BS. Still waiting when they decide to make Boruto an infinite Tsukuyomi dream, that's when i'm going to see that shit.
They aren’t equal in power; anyone who followed the series knows that. Naruto’s base chakra was what was used up in the war while Kurama can replenish his own chakra as he did multiple times in the war. Issue is that Naruto has been using more of Yin Kurama chakra against Madara and Kaguya since he did more than Sasuke in those fights. Put both Naruto and Sasuke at 100% and you’ll see Naruto is overall the stronger one. Sasuke has the ability to fight back but that doesn’t make him Naruto’s equal. Naruto wins in categories like speed, physical strength, stamina, durability, chakra reserve. Sasuke has haxes, more refined skills, and battle smarts (Naruto has this too but Sasuke’s shines more).
@@hunterdalton6905 I guess my problem is,people miss the point of this fight trying to prop up their fav. Even Naruto was smart enough to understand this. I would even say that all of their fights ended in draws (except training fights that is). They were both drained the first time they fought, with Sasuke having just enough strength to leave and join Orochimaru. I personally don't consider that a win for either one of them as with this fight. If I was to give Naruto a win,it's that he never gave up on Sasuke, despite Sasuke trying to make him. He saw through Sasuke that he wanted to come back despite everything he said to the contrary. That was the point of this fight. It's sad that this is missed by so many.
@@hunterdalton6905 True bc the way this fight ends you can't deny they are equals bc despite the rollercoaster power ups during the fight they both end up in the exact same position that clearly screams equals.
The best song in the entire series played during this fight and it was Sasuke's new theme for his "revolution" called Junkyousha/Martyr. I never really connected to Sasuke's character but my god was that brilliantly badass when i saw and heard it for the first time. Still listen to the song all the time. "I am the strongest in the world right now" when facing up against Naruto really shows how much stronger Naruto is, not even power-wise, just his will alone was stronger to outlast Sasuke's onslaught. Hands down my favorite fight in any show.
It’s crazy that Naruto finally was able to make a rasengan with one hand and it had to be against his best friend. The visuals of Naruto’s first ever single hand rasengan being molded by everyone on his side and Itachi’s hand being behind Sasukes fire controlled chidori is 👨🏻🍳👌🏼 *chef kiss
Bruh u moron what are u talking about. Naruto made one handed rasengan in the war arc itself. Remember when Naruto made a rasengan and tobirama helped him teleport so that he would hit jubito(10 tails obito) from the back? That was his one handed rasengan too....what weed are using?
By the time I watched Naruto, all my friends had already watched it. So watching it with the Normies is like watching it with friends which I never got to do. This channel is tuff
Watching this again brings a tear to my eye. I remember waiting weekly for the chapters to drop watching King of Lightning and Sawyer7mage with their reviews, and making a lot of friends because of the Naruto community. Great times 🥲
When naruto lands that nasty uppercut it's because sasukes sharingan had disappeared, Kakashi said the chidori without the sharingan not only drains your Chakra but it's like tunnel vision you can't see your target that well leaving you open for a counter
Naruto has fought longer then sasuke, but there are a few things you forgetting. 1. Naruto got minato's 9 tails that had less time in the war so naruto got more chakra back then sasuke along with what he gets from the tailed beasts. and 2. the 9 tails has a stamina/ healing factor. That doesn't mean sasuke is weaker that is literally one of the 9 tails benefits that sasuke does not have not to mention that naruto is linked with all the tailed beasts directly. -Sasuke has rinnegan and sharingan that's not fair either- No it is fair if we gonna talk about everything that is not fair then naruto should lose everything too i feel like it's weird to say that's not fair for sasuke but then you hype up naruto surviving the war with all his 9 tails chakra and stamina. I never understood when people were like oh if sasuke has no sharingan then he is fodder or naruto without 9 tails is fodder to devalue the other side it's like either you give them both their benefits or you give nobody benefits. Sasuke is already uchiha well naruto is already uzumaki, that have big chakra and stamina along with 9 tails you can say the same thing for naruto. It's not like naruto has fair benefits both have unfair benefits but those benefits barely mean anything when put up against each other.
The whole sequence when they started throwing hands to the final attack was nothing less than a masterpiece. Still think this is one of the best fights in Shonen anime.
The moment when Naruto has his fist on Sasuke's forehead and they sink to the ground, I think is a reference to when Sasuke told him "you wouldn't even be able to scratch my forehead" which is brought up in their first fight at the valley when Naruto scratched Sasukes headband proving he could reach him.
Honestly the only reason I still look back at Naruto with fond memories is because of this anime fight, not the manga fight but the anime. The Animators didn’t just animate the manga, they added to it. That slow zoom into the ravine while you see the two still wrestling, all the hands to form both the rasengan and chidori and the slow quiet moments to let the emotions sink in, none of this was in the manga. It’s one thing to just make the images move and do nothing else like One Piece but to actually improve on the source material takes talent and understanding. If the animators hadn’t gone god mode on these last three episodes and the kaguya fight was the last thing we remember from this anime, I’d probably call Naruto one the biggest disappointments along with GOT and Star Wars. But the animators understood that what Naruto is really about is Naruto and Sasuke
I don't actually want them to watch Boruto, but would be cool to see some key moments, like Sarada arc, Naruto taking Boruto's headband (cuz i love that scene), Momoshiki fight and know who the characters are and their parents, its cool to know.
Naruto going toe to toe with Sasuke shows how much he’s grown. Naruto has half a tailed beast while Sasuke has 8,5. Naruto fights to save while Sasuke fights to kill. Naruto was the class clown while Sasuke was the prodigy! He has come such a long way!
They are literally the same strength neither one is stronger than the other that's why Sasuke only lost cause he quit idk why people try to say that one is better or stronger than the other
u girls are tripping sasuke is da man ;) ngl tho sasuke kicking naruto so hard that he goes from his stomach to being on his back, is still the foulest move hes ever done haha
@@mastixencounter Naruto and him were always friends what r u on? Sasuke was the only kid (except hinata) who never saw him as a monster, he was the first one to acknowledge naruto as his equal when sasuke said he wanted to fight Naruto too in chunin exam arc, sasuke never hesitated in telling sakura that it was Naruto who saved her, for sasuke - Naruto was always his friend. That bond made him think he is getting weak. He always thought Naruto as his friend..and same with Naruto..
@@mastixencounterdidn't u watch Naruto 120 episodes....Yeah sure in the end sasuke gone... before that they both went for many missions and Watch those episodes they r really a good friend.
9:33 Preach that $hit louder for the slow ones online. Naruto is the Superior! He fought and saved the majority of the war and is only working from just 20 minutes of sleep (Kurama extraction) 😭😭😎
Naruto is stronger because of all the reasons you said but also Sasuke is going all in to kill Naruto while Naruto still holds back enough to stop Sasuke without killing him. That restrain alone is incredible.
Its not that sasuke’s cheating with the tailed beasts power. He has the capability to do so, to use or get power, which makes him powerful. And when you think about it and putting it that way its like saying Naruto is kind of cheating as well since he has the ability to use or borrow Kurama’s powers and other tailed beasts, since its not entirely his own.
@@mastixencounter ya! even if naruto didn't have kurama , the story wouldn't started you dumbass. This is the story after all so stop commenting like naruto without kurama is nothing.
One of my fave Naruto episodes ever. Naruto unleashing his most powerful Jutsu he's got Ashura Rasenshuriken and launching that fast uppercut was cool one of the many benefits of being Ashura's reincarnate that extra energy and stamina. And I love how everyone helped Naruto form his final Rasengan from Jiraiya Minato Kushina Teams 8 thru 10 Team Guy Iruka Konohamaru Guy 5 Kage 3 Former Hokage Kakashi and Sakura at the end with 2 hands while Sasuke only has Itachi. In ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Naruto has everyone all on his side including the Tailed Beasts and Sasuke only has so few people Itachi Orochimaru Kabuto and former team Taka
Rewatching this episode and I was all hyped until the music stopped and all you could hear was the sound of fighting... As an adult now it seriously hits different... ... Here are two friends, one ready to be killed and the other ready to kill ... And all after a war they won
Fun fact the voice actor of sauske also voices npcs and the main character in fallout new vegas. If you use a melee weapon you can hear sauske grunting and letting out battle cries
An interesting thing is that naruto can make rasengans with one hand now. Idk I just like seeing naruto growing and him being able to pull it off without clones anymore was awesome.
What I loved about that moment is that the anime didnt anime-splain it to us (you know how most anime/manga will stop a fight in its tracks so that someone else can explain the strategy and tactics that we can clearly see with our own eyes?). They just let the moment happen without comment, because the writers know that we'll notice the detail without them having to point it out. Its not just Naruto and Sasuke who've grown through the years. The writers did too.
I love this fight, although that's not exactly a rare opinion. The progression though is my favorite part. At first they fight like 'ninjas', like everyone else, counters and skill-V-skill. Second was the big 'god' battle, both escalating to levels that literally warp the sky and destroy the ground without even trying. Into just a dumb brawl, two stubborn idiots just refusing to drop even when they should, sloppy kicks and wild punches all they have left. And finished with the two using the last of what they have, Sasuke's last bits of conviction vs Naruto's dregs of faith he has in everyone and they have in turn. It's a great way to show the two at their best and worse, how they compare and contrast, and most of all how they feel.
POWER RANGERS?! Are you shitting me? That’s classic Naruto OST from the first series. That moment SHOOK me when they played that again after YEARS and this guy says POWER RANGERS?!
FunFact: heres something i REALLY wish the anime didnt change about this Naruto vs Sasuke final valley fight, when Sasuke is ontop of Naruto and punching the shit outta him in the anime he is silent but in the manga he is _sceaming_ to high heaven showcasing his emotional termoil amd frustration, which refers to a scene in the Part 1 manga fight (which they also excluded, IDIOTS) where Sasuke is also verbally showcasing his termiol whilst trying to kill Naruto, and Naruto asks "Sasuke can you not kill me quietly?" which translates to exactly what you Said @chris, in other fights , Sasuke is composed and not visibly or emotionally stressed like this, but in this fight we see Sasukes frustration we see hes full unbrideled mess of feelings which shows 1)just how much this is affecting him, hurting him 2) because of how much Naruto means to him, he cant do this easily or with zero remorse/effect on him. He CANNOT _just_ kill Naruto, he cant do it slientely emotionlessly , or at all, he is forcing hiself to even do this much and even then hes STILL hesitating. PS: yes @Normies yall are 100% when sasuke was trying to chidori Naruto and Naruto looked at him, he did hesitate, his Sharingan literally turned itself off because he couldnt look Naruto in the eye and kill him, and he DEf didnt want to imprint this memory into his brain forever with the Sharigan.
Naruto was 100% not stronger in the last fight. They were exactly equal. How the fuck can you even say that its unfair for sasuke to have the rinnegan but its not unfair that naruto got the chakra from all tailed beasts? Both got the same power up, its pefectly fair
You didn't notice that itachi's hand was also showing when sasuke did the chidori? It's like he still supports him no matter wich path he chose naruto on the other hand has the others who's support he has
