Taku has mentioned many times how hard editing is and composing videos and how grateful he is for Jocelyn to help him with all of that. She’s literally Taku’s camera man. Without her taku wouldn’t be who he is today.

Rogue waves are gnarly. Had one come out of nowhere and crash on our boat at Ventura Harbor while hoop netting for lobster. We were even in the harbor walls when it hit. Thankfully, it was an inflatable boat, so we were able to just drain it. Great episode as always.

I make sauerkraut like Cole slaw, cabbage carrots and apples and that would be great on it too, or fermented red onions. Maybe Baseball sauerkraut. Baseball sauerkraut * 1 small head fresh green cabbage,, 1-1½ pounds * 2 white onions,, baseball sized! * 1 sweet red pepper * 1 jalapeno pepper * 1 tablespoon paprika powder * 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds * 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds * 1 tablespoon (15 ml) iodine-free salt (fine-grain)
