Very cool footage! I've never seen a double red signal that functions like that before.

Alternating flashing for startup flash is strange, it would suggest two signal heads facing the same movement are on two different phases/switchpacks.

Back In the Days When I Was A Little Kid All Of The Old Traffic Lights On Nassau County Roadways Were Taken Down And Replaced By New Ones Somewhere Around 2005 To 2012 In Glen Cove And In 2006-2021 Roslyn Everywhere Else 2004 - Present They Were Used In The 1950s 1960s 1970s 1980s And 1990s Nassau County Is Way Ahead Of The Game When It Comes To New Traffic Lights Most Of The Signals Mostly Use Mast Arms instead Of Span Wires. Why Do Some Traffic Lights Use Mast Arms And Others Span Wires Almost Other Countries Use Mast Arms.
