@@EastSide_LB I ended up going to my credit union and I received a loan to cover all my bills, I cancelled all my credit cards and right now my financial life, and life in general, is so much easier now that I have the financial boulder off my shoulders.
@@cindybriden372but taking a loan to pay for debt is just transferring the debt and agreeing to pay more because of the interest. Debt relief reduces the principal and stops the interest so at the end you’re completely debt free and you’re using your own money based on your budget.
I enrolled in National Debt Relief in June. It is working so great. I was at a point with my finances that I wouldn’t have gotten out of because I was on medical leave for 9 months.
Hi I read your comment and was just wondering if national debt relief is still going well for you? I have been really stressed out about debt and made my second phone call to them I have not signed up yet because I'm hearing so much different stuff it is giving me anxiety. I would appreciate your feedback. With the economy the way it is and having a big family I need to do all I can to save some money please if you have a moment let me know how it is going for you. Thank you
Hell nah dude, spoke to a rep from NDR today and just emailed him back a big NEVERMIND. I don't want to do this. Plus the whole 1099 IRS tax thing. No thanks. GREAT VIDEO!
I’m 20 and working here my first deal I closed a client with a debt of 117,000 I got paid 1k just for one deal it’s pretty worth it and you can do unlimited deals
I just signed. I’ll explain my experience. No bias. Most professional experience I’ve had with anyone financially related. The contract was read to me in full over the phone and questions were answered at any point. The employee told me I might want to crack a beer before we get started, it’s gonna be lengthy. Here’s why I did it. I’m 9500+ in the hole. I owe them 7400 in payments. Basically I will deposit money to an account with them that I can control, and they pull from it to pay my creditors. They will negotiate when they have enough money in the account. I’m assuming a lot of these creditors know this company and they work together in getting things paid. So I save a couple thousand, and they take off the top of my payment where they PROBABLY pay even less than the creditors then what I was told.
Hi I read your comment I just wanted your opinion on how it's going with national dept relief . I had my second phone call today and and thinking about signing up tomorrow. I have about the same amount of debt and am pretty scared. I have heard so many things it's giving me anxiety . I'm not sure what to do ? Was just asking for some advice please
We've seen a handful of lawsuits for accounts under 100k. It really depends on who the creditor is (some are more sue happy) and the balance on the account. Each creditor has different parameters on which accounts they may or may not sue on
Some of the most aggressive creditors for lawsuits are Discover, Chase, Citi Bank, Rocket Loans, and Mariner Finance. Discover is also incredibly difficult to settle with in general, even for NDR. Their settlements usually range from 70-90% as opposed to the average 50% settlements.
Work for debt relief 1. Yes you have to default on your debt 2. They won't enroll accounts they know they can't negogiate 3. You don't pay a fee until you accept a negogiated offer 4. You can do this for free IF you wanted too.
Hey Kristi, thanks for the message. You had talked with NDR probably for a reason to get out of debt. If you don't work with NDR, do you sort of know alternatives to get you out of debt? If it's helpful to have a text convo or call, please reach out at 833-272-3631. Thanks - Ben
@@eibura5978Yes, I do work for National Debt Relief and that’s one of the things I always tell my clients, you guys can do it yourself, the only difference is when we as a company negotiate we go with thousands of thousands of clients, so our probability of success is way higher, our main goal it’s always to settle every debt to a 50% of the total debt, what the man in the video doesn’t seem to understand is the following, for us to be able to negotiate we gotta prove clients are going through a financial hardship so we can position the accounts for negotiation, but in order for us to do that ofc the credit score is going to me momentarily impacted, but there’s a thing in life… everything has pros and cons, for you to be able to become debt free you gotta take risks cuz only making minimum payments towards your debt you doing nothing at all.
$35k+ in credit debt, credit score 500 even with payment history of 100%. Life changes affected so can no longer pay minimum on all debt compounded with late fees. It’s become a nasty spiral down.
Oh, I am so sorry to hear that you have been going through. Are you looking at debt relief only or have you looked non-profit credit counseling or bankruptcy? I'd love to understand your income details and also whether your debt is all credit and whether high interest rates. If it's helpful, could you give me a call at 833-272-3631? Thanks -Ben
Thank you. I am so scared and stressed. The credit card companies did a random credit check on me and now my income is less because of divorce ( was using way too much credit for a bit but was doing my best and staying in the positive no late payment) and they stripped me of so much available credit which made my balance percentage much higher, which made my minimum payments go up and now I have no chance. I cannot even pay more than one of them per month. I cannot do the snowball because I cannot afford the minimum payments on them all anymore. My goodness what do I do ?
I am so sorry you're feeling stressed out and scared. There's definitely options, I guess one thing I'd love to understand is your actual cash flow a bit more. Could you give my team a call/text at 833-272-3631? We can help you compare options.
I was on worker's comp 2 years ago for 6 months. They didn't pay me for the first 3 months, and then they found a loophole to pay me less than even minimum wage. I had to live off of my credit card for almost a year, and now I'm kinda buried. Not sure what to do.
You pay 80% of your debt, fees, accounts have to not be paid, credit score tanks, tax implications for anything settled over $600. No credit repair. You can always be sued if you are not paying. Escrow payments for months until they get a settlement to pay. Usually long terms , depending on debt amount.
Hey, thanks for the comment! Definitely a lot of pros and cons with a debt relief program which is why research is so important, but it totally can work well for some people!
Question: When creditors make a settlement offer, do they usually require a lump sum payment? Or will they let the creditor/National Debt Relief pay the settlement in payments?
Hey, great question! It depends on what the creditor is willing to negotiate to. If you are working with a DS firm they can usually get the creditor to agree on a new monthly plan over 2-4 years. However, if you call yourself then the creditor may push for a lump sum but they can go either way. Generally, it may be monthly.
Hello, I just took out 2 loans for emergency purpose & I'm not in debt yet The payments will start next month. My credit status is in the mid range 700's I just thought of taking a pro active approached before a missed payment etc .. comes to past Should I seek to do so at this stage
Hey Dino, thanks for the message. That makes 100% sense as sometimes you need the cash NOW. So, how much were the 2 loans in terms of amounts and interest rates? Sometimes, when I think of emergency loans, I think of payday loans, which have very high rates. Also, would it be helpful to jump on a quick text convo or call? If so, please feel free to call or text me at 833-272-3631?
I have an unsecured debt of almost $37,000. A little more than 2 years ago i had gotten a debt consolidation loan to pay off my wifes and my credit cards. This was done based on my wife and my income. A short time later, my wife got very ill and, after numerous hospital visits, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Credit cards that had been paid off were used to help with living expenses, medical treatment and medicines for my wife, and very much unexpected car repairs. My wife passed away 8 months after her cancer diagnosis. I am keeping all debts up but it has been a struggle. What kind of assistance do you offer for situations like this?
Oh my goodness... I am so sorry to hear that. I can only imagine how you're doing right now. Truly so sorry. In terms of what we can do to help, I can have you speak with someone from my team about your situation and they can go through all options available to you. Could you call or text my team at 833-272-3631?
See I just heard a lady negotiate her own creditor down to 75% off the balance, of course she was already in default and was getting harassed, but still she could get it down 75% on her own, these scammy debt relief companies say they can get it down to 50%, charge you 25% and then negotiate behind your back the other 25%. Bro wth...
You can do it both ways- on your own or through a firm. The firm you choose is important but there are pros and cons to doing it on your own and with a firm. Feel free to call/text us at 833-272-3631 if you have questions!
Those debt relief companies don’t do anything you can’t do yourself and save the fee they charge. No creditor has to agree to their terms and the creditor can sue you regardless if you signed up with a “debt relief company.”
Hi, I would estimate that it would be very difficult to get a mortgage in the program as the accounts go behind. Could you give me a call at 833-272-3631 if you have any other questions? -Ben
Depends on a handful of factors and what other options you have on the table. Are you current on your payments? What is your household size and household annual gross income? If you want you can chat to someone on our team for free! Feel free to request a consult or analyst review through our calculator: tryascend.com/qualify/calculator/ytndre
My moms got into this a few months ago she’s in debt with over 30k do you think it was worth it for her. Also she dosent get Pat a lot of money on her job
It depends on a handful of circumstances, what fee did they charge? Were they able to negotiate settlements? How much did they save? What's her gross income every year? We could help compare some options if needed - ask her to give us a call! 833 272 3631
Debt relief can be good for some and not for others, and NDR has helped some people get out of debt. Would you want to give me a call at 833-272-3631? -Ben
Thanks for sharing your perspective. I am not sure who y'all is referring to here, but I definitely do not want anyone to scare people away from being debt free!
Hi! It's definitely something to think about. Sometimes a debt settlement program may have a more negative impact on those who have stayed current compared to people who have fallen behind and have already taken a hit to their score, then it may be less of an impact.
National Debt Relief??? I end up being transferred to them without knowledge. I thought i was talking with the loan company to get a loan for less interest and pay my daughters cards and mine. Of $11, 000 at 28 % from the credit cards. I figured it out at the end and accepted it. But it budders me. My credit is 636 and my daughters is 695 .. what to do.. cause i know now our credit will get damaged. We just struggling and she is depressed.. is like my fault she have these credit cards debts too. She doesn't understood the assignment of building credit for a house and getting a 0% for a year to transfer the high balance... I need to fix this.
Oh my goodness I am so sorry to hear that happened to you. Did they settle on any of the accounts? If you are looking for other options we would be happy to go through them with you, feel free to give us a call at 833-272-3631.
Why nobody talking about how Its a big lie they dont help you cuz at the end of your payment you get a 1099 Tax and you need ro pay back what you own that means the debt you didint pay off at the end of the day you still pay all you debt
I asked the question about being taxed if I sign up to the program and they said it rarely happens but could, is that true? Or is it close to guaranteed that I will?
Do you mean debt settlement itself? It really depends on the situation. It can significantly help decrease the debt and make it much more manageable to pay off but others find it too risky and not helpful due to who their creditor mix is.
NDR has helped a lot of people get out of debt! Did you have any questions or anything that I can answer? IF so, give me a call at 833-272-3631. Thanks!
This program is litetally throwing yourself into finacial ruin. Here is a free debt relief program: STOP SPENDING MONEY YOU DONT HAVE!!!! If you cannot pay off what you charge in full every billing cycle you should not be buying anything.
