Life saver man been thinking on this for about a year now lost key to spare nissan running around car! Our rv got towed today for BS wife needs wheels real bad! Bless your heart
So I’m looking at this but correct me if I’m wrong isn’t you ECU an OBD1? I’m looking at my OBD2 and it seem to have the same set up but just wanting to double check
On the early Nat's there was a hidden 4 pin plug hidden behind the glove box . Mainly Primera , 4 connection ,bridge 2 pins and 2 pins . I used to have the correct plug in plug , but mislaid , not sure how long they installed the hidden plug
Will this work in a Micra k11 1.3 1999. Please let me know? My bloody car is stranded and I'm considering scrapping it purely because I can't hear the fuel pump, I think it's NATS, checked the relays behind the dash and it still won't pump fuel. Please let me know if this is the answer in your opinion?
On my NATS 1 (LED Lamp with two external fobs) i managed to remove NATS. All i have done is to find the Immo Unit from the NATS. Its located (in my Micra 1995) behind the glovebox and than behind the heating Box. Once you have found the Immo, you just put the wires 1&2 5&6 7&8 together! 3&4 you leave off. after you have connected these wires you can start your car without the fobs!
Hi I’m not sure if the set up is the same when you open the ecu lid then there should be 3 chips in a row like in my video If this is so then pull the middle chip
@@sunilramkarran8367 so what would be the solution for the 350Z? I have a 2004 model and this darn anti theft system is giving me random hell, here and there. Nissan tells me I need to get a new key. I just want to remove the system.
@@svoncampe 1. First option is the fix it. Those cars need one new key and the immobilizer ring around the ignition , cost has come down alot so it would be the easy way. 2. Send the ecu out to get it removed. I'm not sure if they still do it but UpRev was the place that did it pretty often
Hi Iv only done this on the Nissan Almera GTI and 200sx S14A If your ecu had the same set up as in the video and you removed the correct chip then this should have worked have you also removed all boxes related to the nats system up behind the dash ??
@@moderndaydelboy5355 ...i have open my ecu but it not same its only have 1 chip not 3 like your video...so i still cannot removed my NATs system..if have idea to removed my NATs system please lets me know i really appriciate it
@@moderndaydelboy5355 hi there. I also have an r50 pathfinder where I've engine swapped Identical engine. I also swapped the engine ecm and wiring harness but didn't realise this problem before I sent the donor car to scrap metal. I guess my question is where do I find the information (to identify the immobiliser chip on ecm circut board), as you have?
