Bonneville dam is just up the road from where I live. Creating this video and working with this scenery is really a lot of fun, as I have lived here almost my whole life.
Very nice video, btw, how did you get those nice camera angles where the camera moved on the ground at about 0:28 , and when the camera swung back and forth the aircraft at 2:06? As said, very nice video, I enjoyed it very much :D
I can't wipe the smile off my face. It looks so gorgeously realistic. My fave was the scene with the dam. Don't know about the rest of you but I'm going there too.
Yes, thanks Jazza. The goal was to create a video that people could just sit back and soak it all up. Conservative for sure, but VERY effective.. or at least we hope!
You must have an ancient machine then EDDK2010. On my E7400 with a 320mb 8800gts FSX with FTX scenery its smooth as silk with high graphics settings....and not a tweak in sight. Only compromise i have to make is to turn the autogen down a couple of notches. ORBX make the best performing and looking scenery ever created imo. Simply stunning work. All we need is the whole world covered by it ;)
WOW, incredible video. I really love your work, please is it possible that you give me the name of the singer of your version "Wayfaring Stranger" ? A great thank's in advance and once again congratulation for you job...
Hello wind953, that is also my question. I haven't found this version of Wayfaring stranger yet. I have serached itunes. There are 50 versions but none of these versions is the one which was uesd in this video here. I hope someone can help.
