Every year I read "Done with 2k. Never again." I kept playing, but now I cant stand it anymore. Came back to watch your video's and it reassured me its a franchise to stay away from for at least the next 5-10 years. Wish it was 2k17 again. I had fun on that game.
I left for 2 games and came back because when the game dropped everyone was going crazy that they've finally got it right.. Im out i learnt my lesson. Not touching this series again
I've played twice in the last 3 months. Didn't play 17 at all. I think I'm finally done with 2k now. After next gen release and the broke defense. I'm done. New games are out now with less headache.

@@thesharinganknight9859 No kidding man, you got lucky. I paid full price, all excited for a great brand new 2K. 7 hours later I had enough. I actually did the same thing for 2042. Got it for $35 after all the bad attention. Its still more fun than 2k22, even being a half made game.
Actually, the blue macaw is not extinct, it's the blue "little macaw" (Cyanopsitta spixii) that's endangered. I'm from Brazil and we have a lot of blue macaws here. The legend reward is what we call an "Arara Pará" (Brazilian red-macaw).
Why does the legend reward have absolutely nothing to do with basketball. I would love if 2k started adding things that fit the culture of basketball, like a Calvin Cambridge Skin ,add courts like Rucker park , etc

@@joe.4473 nah dudes can definitely be upset that something 2k has had for years and something that has always been a thing for the sweaty dudes in the community to grind for being absolute shit is something to be mad about. “BuT iTs JuSt A rEwArD” doesn’t matter if you were working really hard on something especially something that is part of your job and you do a whole bunch of work for nothing you’d be mad too. So to say it’s just a reward is stupid dudes work hours and hours to put out content for their viewers and some of that content is getting the top rewards to show them off and when they can’t do anything with that reward since all it does is sit on your shoulder I’d be mad too

It's the community dude (and yes the parrot reward is terrible) but the community wants more every time, they asked for animals got it, asked for 2k17 dribbling, got some of it, yet they still say dribbling sucks and just want to speedglitch. Why would you want 2k17 dribbling and want to speed glitch?? thats delusional... yes these are the worst rewards of all time but those are rewards, the gameplay would be fun but everybody just complains... if yalls think 2k22 is bad, just remember the hate in 2k17 and 2k20, if u think ppl liked it in the first 5 months ur wrong

@@bm3494 boy yes it does... You don't have to close app. Before the 5th guy comes in rec B pops up at old gym and other places. I play probably just as much as you if not more. I know the difference. And I play rec almost at my Legend 40. Not only that it sits around wayyyyy longer than at first.

@@joe.4473 it's a reward that I and many people took a lot of time to grind for, and you would think 2k would "Reward" us for the time we took to play their game, so yeah considering every other 2k to date has had overwhelmingly better legend prizes, it's bullshit😐.
No one talking about 2k not only continuing to reskin existing content, but LITERALLY putting rewards that were given in season 1???? The first 2 sleeves you get(+1 block, +1defensive rebound) were deadass rewards in season 1. I hate this shit
Seasons on MyTeam were better before they combined park with it. I think both MyTeam and Park season’s would be a lot better if they separated MyTeam and Park.
as someone who has hit level 40 3 times and already level 29, this is insane, not even the extra badge points, literally just a parrot, feel bad for the people who grind grind this game cuz i only play on weekends during double rep, but rip everyone who spent their entire lives on this, def never buying another 2k even tho i say that every year, tired of it getting continually worse and worse

I enjoy the game and I enjoy basketball but all this extra bs and these so called rewards we keep getting is whack. Mannnn i literally walked in the Rec with a full 5 yesterday & we all ended up playing the same team but in 3 DIFFERENT GAMES. 3 Different scores and all but we were controlling our MyPlayer in all 3 games. It was literally the weirdest shit I’ve ever seen in 2k
Facts all these content creators hating on 2k collectively because it doesn't cater towards them and their content but for the casual player and semi hardcore players the game is really fun
i live in south korea right now, on next gen i report these dudes at the park every day and nothing has happened yet. they boost every single game throwing alley oops going on 20+ win streaks , every time i hop on a got next spot, they run away to another court. I've even got messaged by them saying "leave us alone" lmao shit tragic out here. i cant play unless i go to american servers
i just want my badge points at 39 every season. also its very easy to hit 40 as long as you're winning. i work a full time job and have a family, didnt stop me from getting 40 each season. its hardly a "grind"

@@Nolimitbrog just looking at it from a business standpoint . The player drop off rate would increase dramatically if they didn’t have any other incentive to play the game. Less players=less money.
FML I've never had the time to grind to legend in previous years. I finally have the opportunity in 22 and it's a Fn parrot 🐦 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤣 Will give them props for nerfing interceptor though. I even saw a successful cross court pass in the REC yesterday😯

Honestly 2k fans will literally never be happy no matter what they got 3v3 matchmaking good gameplay compared to other 2ks the city is pretty decent other than some long distances u have to travel but u can just fast travel to ur penthouse and zip line, it’s really just a solid 2k other than that legend reward that’s insulting

I been saying how a mix of seasons with the og rep system is perfect. Perhaps 2k can charge $5-$10 for each season similar to a battle pass while still having the regular rep system to keep the grind intact.
This 2k was the only game I immediately sold back after playing in recent memory. If I wanted to play a game where I become a rapper for chips ahoy with a little basketball sprinkled in, then... ...well I guess I would've kept 2k.

If 2k focused more on real simulation basketball instead of these fantasy modes like my player, park, and my team. Then all the modes would be better and everyone wins.
I been in the 2k community basically my whole life over 10+ years & im wearing down on even playing the game for rewards anymore … i along with millions of others spend too much money on this game every year for them to give half ass effort EVERY YEAR . Im just about finished with 2k

I only hit 40 the first season only for the go kart, and I’m only going for 40 this season for the tiger. 2nd and 3rd season level 40 rewards were ass and now seeing the legend prize is a parrot definitely put the nail in the coffin for me even wanting to be a legend lol
Animated shoes plus glider and badge were only worthwhile rewards for me season 3. I still grind to 40 after i hit 39 for badge anyway in general. It is not much of a grind compared to how it used to be.
