They aren’t watching games. It’s obvious. A coach is more than just X’ and O’s. How about timeout management? How about not figuring out your starting lineup until February. How about not publicly fighting with your superstar. How about not publicly saying that a starter sh*t the bed 10 straight times. How about using your timeouts to give your 39 year old star a break. Lakers made the WC finals in-spite of Ham. Did they not see him start 3 guards against the biggest team in the league last season? Everyone said he was crazy
@@user-gn1vr6ov6n why would a coach allow a player to take 27 shots when he’s shooting that badly? Plus that wasn’t the case. Most of those games were so close that if Ham would have just managed his timeouts properly or took advantage of certain mismatches the lakers may have won.

LeBron missed a wide open 3 and a late game free throw that would've won them 1 of the games. It was LeBron who vanished in fourth quarters when it mattered except for the 1 game.
At the end of the day it’s about strategic adjustments and that’s coaching. Many factors to consider and coaching is a massive part for it. They have the talent and skills , obviously they lead the series all the time and lost it. Despite of the injuries of others, some never even seen the floor during playoffs. Again, that’s coaching.
