Fact for the next video (2nd time of asking): In the 2015-16 and 2016-17 season, DeAndre Jordan had the same amount of points per game, assists per game, and rebounds per game. He averaged 12.7 ppg, 1.2 apg, and 13.8 rpg. Not just that, he also had the same free throw percentage at .430 and the same 3 point percentage. Granted it was .000 since it was DeAndre Jordan, but still. And finally, in both seasons, he started every game he played. In 15-16, he played 77 games and started in all 77 of them. In 16-17, he played 81 games and started in all 81 of them. Unless Wikipedia’s a liar lol. Basketball Reference does say that he had .482 FT% in 16-17. So take that for what you will. I know this is basically a copy and paste, but just bear with me. I thought it was really cool.

Hey Rebound the fact about victor rating is actually false bc there is evidence that Kenyon Martin Sr. was the highest rated rookie in 2k prior before ronnie 2k and mike wang joined the team its reported in an old 2k game that as a rookie Kenyon Martin Sr. was rated at an 86 ovr which makes Victor the second highest rated rookie in 2k history

Comparing 2K ratings from 20 years ago is pointless. Half the league was under 70 rated and now 99% of players with a roster spot are above that. That 78 in 2K4 is basically an 85+ in todays ratings

@RikuFemma
@RikuFemma 10 месяцев назад
@@davitjaniashvili Fair point, I don't know how ratings worked back in the day but I'd assume perimeter shooting boosted your rating a lot more back then. I could be wrong but that's my best guess, they didn't care what the end result was, they just put attributes how they saw fit and the overall was what it was and they rolled with it. Nowadays they have attributes like "intangibles" that does nothing in game but has a massive effect on the overall of a player. A player with 25 intangibles vs. a player with 99 intangibles with the exact same attributes other than that have like a 5 overall difference but play the exact same way in game.

There is no way Curry can be a 99 with medicore defense. How kd could possibly be lower than Curry and how you place Jamal Murray at nearly the same level as Booker makes this the worst take in nba history. Lebron, I kind of get cause he's not that efficient this season, but Curry is not better than Jokic even by OFFENSIVE metrics. Crucify this man.

LeBron regularly recruits players who established themselves as great talents on prior teams because he doesn't make his teammates better. Shaq was an all-star the year before he went to Cleveland. Derrick Rose scored 50 points in a game a couple of years ago while playing for Minnesota, so he clearly wasn't a scrub. This isn't even mentioning all the numerous multiple-time all-stars he has recruited/joined up with in recent years (Wade, Bosh, Love, Anthony, Westbrook, Howard, Rondo, Allen, Rashard Lewis, Deron Williams, etc.). The fact that he makes awful decisions in retrospect on who he recruits to play alongside him doesn't change the fact that he is always looking for the easiest path possible to win a championship.

@@bryanc1984 Shaq averaged 12 points being a starter, D Rose averaged 10 points and was only played for 16 games so clearly neither were contributing much not to mention lebrons been top 2 in scoring on both teams in 9 of his 10 finals appearances, not to mention he only moved team when his contract was up, not to mention if you play for several different teams over 20 seasons the number of all star teammates is going to be high (do you fail to understand that the time spent playing with all star teammates will be the same as if he played with a few of the same guys for his entire career?), not to mention most of the all stars he has teamed up with weren't even in their prime (of the ones you mentioned there is Westbrook, Howard, Rondo, Allen, Rashard Lewis, Deron Williams. Like how you including Deron Williams when they were teammates for 1 season and he averaged 7.5 points a game and also Rashard Lewis who averaged 4.8 with LeBron), not to mention he can't control the teams he faces on path to the chip, not to mention he has faced literally some the the best nba teams ever in the finals (golden state and spurs dynasties). Yeah, that should shut you up lmao.
@bryanc1984
@bryanc1984 10 месяцев назад
@jiyghkjsduhjkbkb Like I said, the fact that LeBron does an awful job recruiting teammates doesn't change the fact that he always tries to find the easiest path possible to win a championship. If he actually made his teammates better like other superstars before him have done, he wouldn't need to jump from team to team in order to ring chase. LeBron has yet to prove he can win a championship without joining up with other all-stars, but he has repeatedly shown he can lose championships under the same circumstances. Look how he got his ass absolutely handed to him in 2011 by Dallas, despite being the favorite to win that series, and Dallas' second best player was an over-the-hill Jason Kidd. Not to mention LeBron got outplayed in that series by Jason Terry. I'd love to hear the excuses for this. Giannis didn't need to go out and recruit former all-stars in order to win a championship. Neither did Jokic. Golden State beat LeBron in 2015 with a core largely made up of players they drafted. The fact of the matter is LeBron is mentally one of the weakest superstars in the history of the NBA. At the first opportunity when things get too tough for him, he jumps ship and tries to get other stars to join him. Don't be surprised if he tries to pursue the Lakers to trade for Damian Lillard this summer. That didn't shut me up. Sorry to disappoint you.
