I think he's talking about the higher chances he has of injuries playing like he does and being overweight. When he fucked his foot up it was probably because of all the weight.

With Fultz it seems from my pov is that he has a strain in his triceps it may not be painful but it does make it harder to shoot. It could also be the overuse of his right hand, he uses the exact same movements each time which could be tearing away at the muscles,if you look at nba superstars like curry or lebron everything they shoot it may look the same but their arm movements are different
