I REMEMBER WHEN THEY MADE BEER AND IT WASN'T HAZY AND THAT WAS ALSO WHEN MY FAMILY STILL TALKED TO ME, BRING BACK ALL THE THINGS FROM WHEN MY LIFE WAS SIMPLER!

I picked up a four-pack at Falling Knife last week of Quiet Ride, a collaboration beer with Barrel Theory specifically billed as a Clear IPA. It was very good. Might be the family therapy you are in need of. I'll send you an invoice for my consultation.

I saw a video where Nate from Treehouse Brewing mentions that its all in the secret sauce. Water chemistry. Treehouse does make some of the best beers I've ever tasted. All styles. Thanks for the video, great stuff as always! Oh yeah, Go TEXAS RANGERS!

We have been sent everything from coffee stouts and barleywines to English bitters and porter from Treehouse and Trilium and they are always top notch regardless of style. Cheers!

Bissell is solid for sure with all their beers. I would agree that there is just a little something different about hazy beers from the the northeast. Ive had them from many different areas and I agree with Don on that one. New Zealand and England have some really Good ones as well. Maybe time for another package to the Midwest. Cheers from out east boys.

Ooooooooooooooooo! A new care package?! That is also very interesting about NZ and UK. Water? Process? General brewing attitude? Very cool to hear.

Yum... Falconer's Flight blend is perfect for a pale ale or ipa - used it a few times on its own and very popular with drinkers of my beersies. "Falconer’s Flight® is a proprietary blend of Pacific Northwest hops. These include 7 “C” hops, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra®, Cluster, Columbus and Crystal in addition to experimental varieties developed by Hopunion LLC."
