Just order mine for my G80. Car is kept mainly in a garage but the days that is out on the sun. The last thing i need is for me to come into a burning stove.

My only worry is the rubbing it will do to the paint when sitting outside.

Hey Brett thanks for the comment! The inner cotton fleece lining works really well to protect the paint in that regards to the rubbing. Kind of similar to a very thin microfiber towel feel. And with it custom form fitting, the rubbing is minimized but wont hurt the car the little it will. Have a good one! 👍😎

I have used the Vantrue N2 dash cam with reasonable success. Although hot texas summer heat will degrade the camera after some time

Hey Oliver thanks for the comment. So far so good. Im planning to do an upcomming video on how its held up these few summer months especially theres definitely a difference that can be seen between the test boxes in the wearing test.

The best car cover you can have is NO CAR COVER...NO MATTER HOW SOFT IT IS...dust and dirt will get under it and it will mess up your paint, I was even told by pro detailers that do very high end cars....but thanks for sharing.

Hey Dark Rake thank you for the comment! The way I view it personally for me is for emergency situations where I'm stuck with my C8 and dont have access to a garage like if i was traveling on a car rally or theres a potential storm coming later in the day while im at work that could have some light hail coming down. In those cases id rather have some kind of protection than none. Long term there probably is a precidence for dirt and such to get under the cover but thats where a form fit will help minimize the issue. Is it perfect, absolutely not. But for those that may not have an indoor storage solution, this would be a viable option that can work. One thing i did completely forget to mention is that these are machine washable which helps to keep them clean in between uses. Thanks again for commenting and have a good one! 😎👍
