Mate a 3 year old device aint a DOA.... Also, certified dealers would not sell a 3 year old device... You cheaped out somewhere and either got it used or bought it from a not certified dealer.
quick question what is hearing protection and single comm difference? Is that hearing protection only protect Nosie and not even can able plug with a mic device?
Do comact v defenders come with gel cups? Is it a ringing noise? If magically turns on . A user had also experienced this issue, he said to leave it on and put it in plug mode for 20- 30 mins
it wouldn't even turned on, I ended up returning the item to the seller also not sure on the V if they come with gel cups. the Vl comes with gel cups and foam
Basically you are just saying that something is wrong but you cant prove anything because you are not demonstrating anything. Did you have them on your ears when you turned them on? Or where they just on the helmet but not on your head? If they are not on your ears when you turn them on they hear "themself" and you get a feedback noise - which is technically total normal. And you bought them at a dealer so you should turn to the dealer for complains and not the manufacturer directly. Thats the job of the dealer - if you bought them just to get the cheapest price at an internet dealer then you still have to deal with him.
