Hi Dr Sridhar.. How is the course of Umbilical Vein/vessels below the Skin.. these are twisted and like spirals above the Skin

No, it’s usually straight like any other vessel. The twisting is part of nature’s way to protect it when the baby moves (with tug on the cord) and the Wharton jelly cushions against a reasonable degree of pressure/cord compression

What to do if uvc is overlapping liver shadow sir?

If it is heading in the correct direction (towards IVC), we can use as low UVC for a period of time with aim ti replace
