The whole thing of building a relationship with one of the girls in the app, while petting them before you can kiss them reminds me a lot of Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni, but here it is actually the more subtle opposite: Instead of groping them and messing around with them like a crazy person, until you get the chance to play the Heart-Catch minigame with one of them at the cost of a ticket, until you complete that minigame 100% perfectly to finally have a good alone-time with one of them until you leave the dressing room and do the whole process all over again, you simply talk to them and exchange gifts to build the love gauge for each of them up, until you play the minigame where you pet them on the head, until you can give them a kiss. Sweet.... Could be actually quite good if a future Neptunia game would have this particular feature. This is where I would be heavily affected towards Vert in such a huge way, that given the series' still-growing and live popularity, it would definetely succeed where Valkyrie Drive failed, although it still has yet to do, when a future game in the series should introduce more proper yuri moments like kissing, etc.

One year after release and... they haven’t really updated the app in a long time. They did release a minor patch but it only fixed bugs and stuff, no new content had been released since, and the localization only got like a fraction of what Japan has. Meanwhile the Japanese version had released so much new content with new characters like the CPU candidates, and they still have non-Nep characters like Faust, Tiara, and Natsume from Tokyo Clanpool and they still give you more reason to use the app thanks to log in campaigns that reward free voice modules.

The mini game actually is the fastest way to raise the Love Love Gauge. I got it full after just 3 or 4 games.

There is an Android version at the Play Store, but it's only available for Japan, therefore it's only in japanese. Either way, you can always download the apk from external sources.

280 Dollars just to get the full experience. And they wonder why people pirate games. If it were 28 bucks for everything that would be at least somewhat reasonable, but 280 dollars? That's where you draw the line.

Eh, do you really prefer the english dub? I tried to play the Rebirth trilogy in english but the voices gave a different tone/personality that just didn't sit well with me, Noire, Blanc, Ram, Rom, etc... I tried to like the english counterpart but just couldn't, moreover, less than half of the events were dubbed, so even more reason to just stick to the japanese voices. Still, good video, keep up.

I’m sad the english version is no longer supported by the app store anymore. Updated my phone, and next thing I know, it’s completely gone from the store after I deleted it for storage.

I downloaded this game just to take the piss. I have never played a Neptunia game. Ever. I bought Hyperdevotion Noire but that was by complete accident. This game INSTANTLY became an in-joke between me and my friends where we would just boot up the game to scream at Neptune or Vert for like 2 minutes before giving up. Trippy as fuck.
