I kind of wish they made an actual JRPG crossover with all those series instead of just mobile games. Kind of feels like they are missing an opportunity there. Especially since it might bring interest to other series that people might not have known about. That and a team of 6? Sign me up! Blanc, Faust, Ethel, Shiina, Aria and Coco? Sounds pretty devastating and amazing.

I remembered reading a post by a NISA employee on their forums on why they didn't release an English version of the android app several years ago. If I recalled correctly one of the major reasons is because NISA couldn't or didn't want to take account the various versions of android and making sure it'll work on the various versions, so they just passed on the android version in favor of the iOS version instead.

It really isn't that much to fuss over about the Super Neptunia censorship (it's only 2 CG's). It doesn't change the story or the the game play so it's not something to lose sleep over.

I gound a full walkthrough of nep nep connect before. Also chaos form for the cpus is basically the cpus corrupted with chaos energy and turn evil. Then the main villain took that energy and made chaos copy of the cpus. I always though that idea of chaos form was cool and hope that idea return to the main story game in the future. The story is a sword woman most stop the spread of chaos energy from spreading. That what i heard.

The app didn't make it on Android most likely because of piracy issues. It's easy to pirate a game on Android, but hard on iOS, so devs prefer investing on iOS releases than Android releases.

One thing that I've commonly heard about iOS exclusives is that it comes from the fact that iOS Players are more willing to pay and get in app purchases than Android Users (which I do see as somewhat true), meanwhile in Japan/Asia, you probably know how they like Mobile Games and spending money on it. So they probably didn't see it as something that's profitable enough to be ported over, which really sucks (then again from what I've heard many things in the App are paid, it was just the basic Neptune that's free?)

You can actualy acess all the characters in the app but unless you pay they will not fill up like (love) metter will only have few responce options and of corse all other costunes and responce options are behind a pay as well as backgrounds. And yes nep app for android in english for western region was never planed by devs i think they simply fear that there would be way to many ppl bypassing the pay just to unlock all the stuff within the app with use of hacking since android allows to do so with little efford compared to iOS.

I wanted to respond on the day you posted this comment but unfortunately had my browser crash mid comment. I see, so you get some sort of restricted preview/demo with them. Does Neptune have everything though? And I guess that all the Costumes and Backgrounds are sold separately, so it would quite add up if someone wanted to get everything. It's true that you can't really install anything outside of the Appstore (at least for personal use) on Apple Devices, meanwhile it's pretty easy to sideload something on Android. I think Android Users generally not spending as much as iOS Users, plus difference in Culture (how Mobile is really something that sells in Asia for whatever reason) was probably the main thing, but I guess that could also add up (even if there would be systems to avoid such things) Honestly though, the whole issue shows the actual problem though. If a game's actually good and fair on price and whatnot, such things wouldn't be a issue. Granted, I'd question how many people would buy it if it was a 5$ Mobile App, so having a free base app with additional content does help. A system like paying once to unlock all content surely would be something that more would like, of course wouldn't be as much of a cashgrab to them.

Here's something interesting I found; that audio story in the Japanese LE for Victory is one of the many drama CDs that have been produced for Neptunia. No english version, but a bunch of people have translated them before.

I wonder what will happen to Re;1+ If I had to guess I'd say that they want the whole Sony Censoring Situation to be a bit settled down before deciding on what to do, so I do imagine that the west will eventually get it. On PC meanwhile, I think it will be released as DLCs for Re;1 (since Re;1+ seems to be Re;1 PC with additional content) So I think the main issue there was the lack of communication and how they're going to handle that. I think I'll get the Bundles for the Re;1+ DLC plus the ones for Re;2 and 3 (which pretty much confirm Re;2 & 3+?) once all DLCs are released. Honestly, it does make sense why they made the remakes If I'd have to guess, I wouldn't be surprised if the Vita will be discontinued sometime soon and as such Sony sent out information about that to Publishers and Game Companies. Meanwhile Console Players are still stuck with the original Re;1-3 for Vita, which has slightly inferior graphics compared to what the PC Port had. I just hope that they do fix the Intro (or let the DLC not modify it, don't see why it should) when they release it it as they messed up Compa's Portrait in the Japanese release of Re;1+

Speaking of Victory's LE, according to what I heard, apparently the OST we got was the most complete version of that game's soundtrack. All we didn't get from it was the manga. As for how I know we got an OST, well, I actually have the NISA release of the LE.

With Rebirth 1 plus the only other thing different than the graphics is Noire's VA from Cyberdimension is the same and the samething applies to Vert as well. If Rebirth1 got a western release. I may take a look at Neptunia manga and light novels. There are the drama cds that had English subs in them uploaded to RU-vid.

I don't know if this was "fixed" in the West version of VIIR. But in the original VII you had a Kurome costume for Uzume that you get for defeating a Lv 800/999 Kurome on the coloseum, this floor was never added to the NA version of the game. You can technically get the costume through cheats by swapping some other item for the costume itself since it IS in the game's files, but it's impossible to get it legitimately.

Makes me mad that we didn't get the manga. As a huge Neptunia fan I would have eaten those up. Also on the note of Blanc's personality being " Different " in the manga than in the canon, I'd argue it's actually more faithful than the game series is. As she originally was this deadpan stoic type who would occasionally get mad(As seen in the first game), not this ticking time-bomb known only for her anger that she gets portrayed in in later titles. Her personality gets progressively more exaggerated and off, Evidence of what her original personality was is seen in Megatagmension where they revert her back to her original personality, the stoic archetype. As she is rarely ever seen angry(Actually not AT ALL if I remember correctly) in that game.

For neptunia APP that is actualy stated on official info from devs. They simply did not wish or planed to make neptunia android english app for western region only for iOS while there was no reasons why im pretty sure the devs fear that they wont make profit since lets be honnest there Is far many ways on how to get nearly everything for free on android.

The only trivia i know is on how i found out about Neptunia on my PS3 around March 2014, but i couldn't download it. It appears that you can't download it digitaly in Australia, nor could i be bothered looking for the physical copy that you own. Then i saw mk2 and i could download it, so i waited until i had enough money and started to download it on the 20th of April... Though since i had limited Internet the download was finished on the 22nd of April 2014 i enjoyed it and later downloaded Victory on the 3rd of May 2014 then my PS3 was sold... All i have left is a Neptune avatar on my PS4 from PS3 i couldn't buy them all... Good thing the re;birth games came out and VII/VIIR released but i want a Neptunia game with every character that appeared in the series even Gust and Nisa, it sucks that i can't walk around as CC2 or the other DLC girls on PS4. Sorry for the long comment i better stop before i drag on and on. I'm Definitely getting Super Neptunia RPG, but should i get it for PS4 or Switch?
