This is a range test for the N-Strike Elite Stryfe. Shots were fired flat at shoulder height with no adverse weather conditions. Results: Low: 40ft Mid: 44-45ft High: 51ft Results (Rapid-fire): Low: 25ft Mid: 31ft High: 37ft
Nope, this was a pure stock blaster. The lock only messes up rapid firing if your magazine or darts are too old to fully trigger the dart sensor. Running fresh darts and an Elite magazine there are no issues. Also, the Stryfe has since been updated, and the lock has been redesigned to fix the issues we early adopters had.
to do this as an adult in the middle of a public park means you must have an awesome mindset of not caring what people think. any one who is over 10 is usually judged for enjoying nerf, but you dont mind! Good show, sir
I like the Stryfe, but in Nerf battles I usually stick to the Retaliator. It may be slower, but it is much more reliable. The faster you fire the Stryfe, the more likely it jams. And an experienced player can get almost the same firing-rate with any slamfire-blaster. Also, (semi-) automatic blasters are next to useless when it comes to stealth. Since most of our Nerf battles are in an indoor maze, stealth is very important. In team-play capture-the-flag, the Stryfe is great, though. Better than Rapidstrike imho. Of course, only when you have at least 12-round-mags.
"Hasbro updated and re-released the Stryfe with a better dart sensor lock that is wider. This eliminates problems customers were having with older clips and darts not working properly with the blaster. Newer, fixed versions of the Stryfe have an "A" at the end of their serial number." - Nerf Wiki Yes, there's a Nerf wiki.
why does the retaliator and all the other barrels from nerf guns not work properly on the stryfe they look cool but are super loose and only the spectre barrel works
Got ask but is this safe for a zombie walk? I'm usually in the military for zombie walk and I'm trying to make sure it's safe to shoot without it being painful as well.
Unfortunately I don't know about this one. Can't say as I've seen a picture of a grey trigger version either. I'd check the Urban Taggers blog for info. He's one of the best Nerf news resources, and being based in Australia he keeps on top of what's going on for your market.
Pls help with your reviews. (1) does nerf N strike elite stryfe work without batteries as well? (2) which one is better Ultra2 or NStrike elite stryfe & why?
1st question: No, this is a flywheel blaster. You should know that its powered by batteries and wont work without them. 2nd question: you should just look up a comparative and see which one fits your style the most. There is no “best” nerf blaster but i like the stryfe
I wish that was the case, but no. They were brand new batteries like I use in all testing. I actually did this test a couple times with different batteries, because I didn't believe it the first time.
Totally. Actually, although paintball is arguably better for competitive use because it's easier to tell if somebody's been hit, Nerf doesn't involve anything needing a wash, ammo is reusable, and the weapons have more diversity.
Don't buy the raven if you haven't allready, unless you are just super set on having a blaster with the "firefly" feature. The long barrel of the raven hurts velocity and range, so if you're getting a stryfe it would be much better than a raven so you would ultimately be unhappy with the raven.
Titanaut Productions they're "accurate" in relation to other Nerf products yes, but still not very "accurate". The correct word would be precise anyways, not accurate.
+Sausage Biscuit Yes there are a lot of benefits from removing the locks. Removing the dart sensor allows you to finger bang fast without the stryfe jamming a lot, there's a lock which lets you rev the flywheels even if you don't have the mag in which speeds up your time between reloading and firing again because your flywheels will have been already revving even without the mag in and some other locks I'm not bothered to mention.
@@picimc01 A group searched up in the mountains. To the deep sea. And the underground world. Going to the internet. And to every single destination, But they couldn't find. When they asked if you don't care.
It’s all about preference. The Hammershot costs about $15 US has a capacity of 5 Zombie Strike darts, and you can use it with 1 hand. The Stryfe costs about $20 US and is a semi-automatic, magazine fed blaster which comes with a 6 round magazine along with six elite darts. If I was in your situation I would buy both, My Stryfe as my Primary, and my Hammershot as my secondary. But If I had to choose one I would go with the Stryfe.
