It's perfect! You can be very proud, both of you. In my opinion, this is your most impressing outfit! By the way, could you do a video on how to repair a cosplay when it took some damage on a convention, some day? I would be very happy, but I guess you already planned what to do for the next videos.
The massive effort that went into this whole costume is amazing. The additional painting is beautiful. This whole thing is the most stunning costume I've ever seen.
I just found your channel on your last video(part 1) and I always wondered how such amazing cosplay was made. I now know it’s very tedious and requires a lot of attention to detail
At a casual glance I thought that was fur, not spikes! I can only imagine how tedious it was to make that many of them. But, it looks awesome! Seeing this makes me want to just stop complaining and talking myself out of making my Firesworn cosplay and, to actually do it!
I instantly got on Amazon the moment you said "foam clay." You just saved the props I've been failing to Dremel sculpt for the last 3 months with those 2 words! XD
I love your voiceovers and your sense of humor. I always learn something new in every video, and I am always very entertained at the same time. Thank you for all you guys do!!!
10:09 - that power pose you do after realizing you've done a dainty hyper-princess turn while dressed as a mighty and fearless warrior - priceless, but you're not fooling anyone. :P LOL Great work as always!
I stumbled across your channel, as an avid MHW player, and I'm so happy that I did, like many others I'm in awe of your talent and passion for the arts. Finally, your personality is the best :)
Wow! I'm glad I found you! My husband is a huge Monster Hunter fan and his first cosplay is to be a hunter. He doesn't have a specific one in mind yet but your videos are really helping me learn how to make armor. This is great! Thank you!
That.is.so.amazing! Your videos are so inspiring and helpful, hopefully someday i have enough money to materials so i can make my rathalos cosplay,i just get so many ideas how to do every piece and part just by watching these videos. Gotta go buy dat book xD
Have you ever heard of or tried Pepakura? There are files for Rathalos armor! Could be a great starter to help you get a feel for making your own templates for a foam set!
F***! This is the MOST AMAZING Coistplay I've EVER seen! And what is quite more amazing is the fact, taht the buildingd dousn't look toooo complicatet.. OK, I think I won'd do this kind of work, but... You realy inspired me to at least try thomething linek an armour or somithing like that for my medeival-cpstume. Thanks for that!
@@pommedeter7407 Ups... Yeah, that happend sometime, specialy when I'm super exited about something. :-D (Aaand my English isn't the best, too... :-P )
Don't worry it's ok, I wasn't trying to make u feel guilty or something^^ and my English is far from perfect too ( i am french and like everyone knows, we are terrible in foreign languages )
In these 2 weeks I have seen all your tutorials and I really feel inspired to make an armor. I bought your books and I am waiting for the materials and tools to work it (Doing Death Garon beta). I love your contagious joy and really glad to see it makes me feel good and clears my mind especially makes my depression goes away in the meanwhile. Love you so much and hope you keep working hard and meet you in a comic con 💖
When i was little i wanted to be a hedgehog, rly wish id known how to make those foam spikes 25 yrs ago 😂 i would have been the cutest hedgehog in Tx h..a..h..a.. omfg I know what my rat terrier is going to be for Halloween next yr!!! This year shes going as Pascal and my 6 yr old daughter is going to be Rapunzel but next year our pup is going to be a hedgehog 😄
Omg this looks like so much work! It's amazing. Your videos inspire me to get working on my own cosplay projects that I usually neglect haha. Thank you for uploading this!
Gorgeous... I meant the cosplay! D: But on a more serious note, I aspire to be at least 25% as good as your cosplay is. Like holy smokes, it's all amazing :D
You are as funny as you're amazingly talented. The details and dedication to your art is impressive. I've never done anything like this but, I really want to try at least to make a Destiny helmet (favorite game). Thank you and keep up the good work!!
Step 1: "Get a million spikes from an extinct monster" Okay, I can do that! Step 2: "Use 17 different techniques with 8 different tools" Alright, I can learn! Step 3: "Get your significant other to paint the pieces" Now you're just asking the impossible! 😭 #foreveralone
So many youtubers use superlatives like "Awesome, fantastic, super, excellent, etc..." to describe their mediocre work... But you, simply use the word "Good"... when it fact, it should be all the above. Now.. to go pick up my jaw from the floor.....again. ;)
Th-th-th-three months? ...😱😵👻 By the time it was done, I bet the main thought on your mind was, "Please, dear God. No. More. Spikes." But that armor looked absolutely BOSS
OH MY GOSH, That is soooo cool! I'm not even a fan of whatever video game that's from, and I'm completely wowed by how amazing accurate everything was made! Such amazing skill! WOW! and me and my 5 year old boy think you're fun and funny to watch too! wow! I wish I could hire you for a small handful of projects I have in mind.
* * * * * für eure Arbeit! Diese Rüstung ist 1A! Einfach klasse wie ihr das immer macht! Vielen Dank für's Teilen eurer Anstrengungen und des tollen Resultats! :)
Lol, you make great costumes and are very funny. I love your videos. I would love to see you do one of the new Warhammer 40K Sister of Battle Costumes since you like white wigs so much. I look forwards to your next video!!! Danke!!!
This is so cool. I haven't done full cosplays ever, I usually tweak them to be... uh... the laziest I can possibly be (aka minimal props/armor/etc) but I want to do more so maybe I should invest in some EVA foam lol
i just subd and lookd up some older videos. to be exact much older videos ^^. Its unbelivable 2012 u made German videos whit subs. And in ur new videos u speak english so perfecly. Insane!
You've got more talent then that twitch streamer who does body paint..... I'm suprised there is no marking applying so much paint to one's body like that...
1:48 What is the thickness of the slightly thicker part ? 2:36 Did you make these horns with pink foam like in the first video or foam clay ? 4:28 For the smaller belt, did you use 1mm foam for the top part and foam clay for the studs ? 5:05 Did you use 5mm HD foam for the fly cage ? Leg armor 6:58 details were made out of 2mm foam ? 7:10 Knee pad was made out of only 2mm foam and 5mm foam for the emblem ? 7:40 was the base made out of 2mm foam or 5mm like the other parts? (looks super thin so im askin') 8:05 shoe armor was only made of 2mm foam ? Sorry for so much question, like in previous video I really just dont wanna screw up like my previous project, paid money for patterns and nothing worked out and wasted 200$ on it to not be wearable
This masterpiece certainly has spiked my attention! You are at the (s)pike of your talent and still no end in sight! You have made another work of art in spike of the challenges! I gift you both this oldie but goldie to relax by: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Be7O9g2sphw.html And of course: Buy her spikes!
Must have been a pain to form all of those spikes... We hunters know this, we used to pull those out of our bodies in masses during the Archtempered Nergigante Events...
Your talent upon these suites do nothing but astound me every time you upload. With that, I do have a question upon the shin armor since they have been bugging me the most: why double down the amount of foam on the shins? You used the template on 5mm, but then went over that with 10mm? Other than to keep it's shape, why was this done? Was it because the original source material had thick boots and this was just a needed step to replicate the thickness as well? This step confused me in the last video as well.
Would you please be so kind to realize my absolute wish to see a real male Xeno'jiiva armor ? Also from Monster Hunter World, hi is the final boss, and it’s a stunning shining armor, so far the most beautiful to me
sooooo many spikes and scales! the end result is fantastic though, you and Benny did a great job =) ps please show more of puppys and give them a pat from me =D
i really really have a lot of respect fot this job, it really requires a ton of dedication and passion, amazing job!!!!!! also sorry for any errors in the typo, im not a native english speaker
