This is amazing. I had a pinched nerve for almost a year. I’m a ballet dancer and had to stop my training because of it. I was limping everywhere until today and I just started this exercises and all the numbness and pain has gone away. Can’t thank you enough
Thank you from London. I am so grateful to your advice. I was in a lot of pain and I was limping. After just one session I felt better and after 2 days I was back to normal.
I have suffered from this for the last 8 months which occurred with a sports injury. Thought it was sciatica and developed a stretching routine for sciatica. No relief my thigh and groin. Started your stretches yesterday and the pain has improved 70% . I can’t thank you enough for your instruction.
Will be starting this tomorrow I've a possible trapped femoral nerve am waiting for a nerve conductivity test it's been bad since September hope this helps as I've been using a wheelchair and crutches
I have a herniated disc bulge on the s1 l5.... and this is awesome and effective. Also , my good mates have the same problem, and I have shared the video with him 😀😃 thank you for making this video
Hi Beth. You explain things so well with clear instructions. QUESTION: Are there features/brands etc. you would recommend if someone wanted to buy a table like the one you are using in your demonstration?
@@MovementFunction I'm dealing with this pain after I had surgery on my hip due to a torn labrum and hip impingement but my tailbone is killing me will these exercises help with that? If not could I get some guidance? I'm having an EMG and a lumbar spine MRI tomorrow. I'm just at a loss with this pain and none of my doctors will do anything for pain control except give me Lyrica and that has only helped with the numbness/tingling but not with the constant burning and feeling like I'm being electrocuted every hour and that one sends pain shooting down into my calf then shoots into my big toe. I'm miserable. Sorry for the book I just wrote. I'm just at a loss. Thank You.
Ive been struggling with pain in the front of my left thigh that sometimes goes to abd stops at my knee, and sometimes that goes down to my foot. I thought maybe it was sciatica...is that the same as this? I have low back issues so laying on the side of the bed and letting my left leg dangle seems to somewhat help. Thank you for your video
