In this conversation with German New Medicine teacher and consultant Nellie Barnet ‪@nellie_newearthwellness‬, we talk about the role GNM plays in regulating our nervous system (especially when triggered by situations in business).
And I share one of my own experiences where my nervous system went into high alert as a result of an unpleasant client session, and the role GNM played in resolving this inner conflict.
Key Timestamps:
0:02 - 0:18: Introduction of Nelly Barnett and her role as a German New Medicine teacher.
0:22 - 2:23: Danielle discusses her journey with nervous system hygiene and the connection to German New Medicine.
2:24 - 5:01: Nelly explains the fundamentals of German New Medicine and its new paradigm of understanding health and illness.
5:02 - 7:03: Discussion on how GNM can reduce health anxiety by reframing symptoms as part of the healing process.
7:04 - 11:01: Danielle shares a personal story about how GNM helped her resolve a business-related health issue.
11:02 - 16:01: Nelly shares her own experience with GNM, including a personal conflict resolution story involving her partner.
16:02 - 19:22: The importance of perception in health and how GNM encourages personal growth and self-awareness.
19:23 - 22:27: Overview of Nelly’s GNM Foundations Course and how it is designed to be practical and applicable to daily life.
22:28 - 27:03: Introduction to Nelly’s new Tiny Course focused on musculoskeletal pain, including how it was inspired by Danielle's tiny course format.
27:04 - 29:35: Final thoughts on the benefits of self-paced learning and the power of GNM in reducing anxiety and promoting empowerment.
This video is perfect for those interested in alternative health approaches, particularly those curious about the intersection of mind, body, and health in German New Medicine.

As Dr. Hamer pointed out, we have to be careful of "superficial diagnoses" when it comes to German New Medicine. I doubt the self-devaluation conflict was caused by her partner not following up on their finances (and the ensuing ambulance bill that resulted). It's possible, but I am skeptical of that explanation. Don't get me wrong, a $3,000 bill one is not prepared for might be enough to trigger a DHS event (Dirk Hamer Syndrome), but that would be perceived as some kind of threat and not a devaluation, per se (and thus manifests in other ways). If she blamed herself for the financial mishap that would be more reasonable because it would be a direct clause, but her explanation is an indirect example of causation. To make it work, she had to stretch the explanation to think her partner didn't value her enough to follow up on their financial matters (but she even said he did care about when she discussed it). I think a better explanation is that she may have blamed herself for her child choking and calling the ambulance just to have a $3000 bill leveled at her. The devaluation would be the belief, however misplaced, that she fed her son something she should not have and was thus a bad mother, and to make matters worse, there was an expensive penalty to boot.

@@ellanola6284 This is a cheap attempt by submissive people to gloss over their learned inability to assert themselves, I think. Yes, it should definitely be used more, also in politics. Then it will get better with the psychopaths. PS: According to Stefan Lanka, Dr. Hamer was good at ranting. I am not allowed to write what he ranted about here;) Kind regards

Thanks for this I found it incredibly interesting! Is German New Medicine specifically for treating physical sensations as a result of conflict with another person or can it also be used to treat psychosomatic symptoms that persist after one has had a physical illness/trauma or injury to the body?

What about caffeine sensitivity? Do you think GNM can treat that?
@YuckFou502
@YuckFou502 11 месяцев назад
Firstly, caffeine depletes certain nutrients in the body so if your symptoms match with that deficit then consider supplementing. If you're consistently low on whatever that is then caffeine could impact you poorly. Secondly, consider your association of coffee or soda with important individuals of your past, and find a correlation there. I remember one person who said they couldn't stand the smell and accrued symptoms but realized that he always went for coffee with an ex years earlier. They broke up in the coffee shop they frequented and he recognized that he had those issues ever since. The issues with coffee soon dissipated after the revelation and processing of that emotion. I find light meditation and free-writing over a determined topic helps your subconscious be heard. Aside from God, our relationship with our self is of the utmost importance

Caffeine can be incredibly beneficial but it depends on the person. Caffeine metabolism depends on what you pair it with. Drinking black coffee is horrid, and drinking it before breakfast as well. So taking that into account, drinking coffee after breakfast and pairing it with heavy cream, 1tsp of coconut oil, 1 tsp honey and a scoop of collagen, negates most sensitivity.

@@sanktaKoroleva Oh I hope you are right, I love one cup of strong coffee brewed with dollop of heavy cream. I'll try to start drinking a few hours after waking. But by then I may not crave it….

@@faay8912 I think their wondering if he's one of the type of drs who just believe like "the body heals itself", because many if not most drs dont believe in God. Dr. Hammer did believe in God, he believes he discovered how he created the body to heal controlled by the brain. I asked this question myself about someone else is why I think that's why their asking. Sorry so long,

I think GNM goes well with truth along with the Bible/God. It fits my scaffolding of truth perfectly. For psychological insight on yourself you can get familiar with mbti, enneagram and the AQAL Integral Theory to get a grasp on what your body/brain are like and what pros & cons you may possess subconsciously, including fulfillment and vulnerabilities (especially within relationships, which are basically everything to us, including the one we have with God)
