Nespresso - Preparing coffee with Vertuo Pop 

I love this machine . Nespresso user for 7 years. New Vertuo pop is compact very flexible espresso to large mug of a great variety of coffee types efficient and easy to use. Foam / crema is superior to previous unit. 0:42 ❤

What is the temperature of the water at point of extraction? This important information is not disclosed on any Vertuo promo-video, why not?🤥

Mine came with no real instructions - just a quick start guide of illustrations with no explanation. This video is the first I'm seeing that there's a 30 second warm up. And I can find nowhere that says how to power it off. There was nothing stating that the machine knows what size to make based on the pod size. There is no "recipe book" so that I know how to use the espresso once it's made. It's just overall annoying as hell. My husband just came in and said, "Okay, tell me how to use this thing." Ha! Who knows?

Ya, worst company to deal with ever. Worst customer support experience I've ever had. They won't help you and they will never own up to their mistake. They are willing to lose a customer over $100 mistake they made by sending wrong pods. So if you ever get the wrong order, they will tell you to kick rocks

the power button is hard to use. now mine is not functional.

Where does the water go?

Péssima cafeteira! Um mês de uso e já apresentou inúmeros defeitos. Todo mundo que tem reclama que ela não sai da assistência. Um grande arrependimento, não recomendo!
