@@user-wt8im2ro1p he sure is becoming less relevant any way you look at it. Hopefully we get something in trade for him at some point. He’s physically challenged but he let it get in his head, too. Not a good combination. We’ll see.

Absolutely. He can play any role but I love watching him pitch, 6-7 innings of Nestor makes for a helluva show on the mound. Plus he is quite pitch efficient

@@MarioSays713 rotation = starting. Bullpen = relieving. No one is trying to say they aren't lol. Gil has been moved back down since he was brought up due to covid rules for the pitchers on the Covid IL and thus is easier to move back to the minors. I'm sure we haven't seen the last of him. Nestor has done a fantastic job and I really hope that he stays in the starting rotation. Id keep him there even when Severino, German, and Kluber come back but I'm not the coach.

@@bradleyjamison992 I agree at this point I think Gil is a better call but the rules for moving people around means that it's better to send Gil down right now. I'm sure he will be back. German had been fine before getting hurt, wasn't as dominant as Gil but he contributed meaningfully to our wins. There's much more to coaching a team than just moving players around freely. The MLB has the rules in place to level the playing field so that teams with really really strong farm systems can't shuffle people around when minor Leaguers are hot and MLB players aren't.
