I have Autism and recently my Director and Superintendent pulled me into a surprise meeting and told me “I was a problem and I need to change who I am while I work the rest of my contract out”- All because a coworker (who wanted my job position) made a complaint that I walked in and out of a room they were in with saying hi, making her feel so uncomfortable she no longer wanted to come to work until I was spoke to”
