Decompression Illness (DCI) is a feared complication by any recreational divers in the world. The degree of severity depending on the bubbles trapped in the tissue location. Involvement of the CNS are more common when the diver is going deeper for longer period of time. Bilateral LL paralysis and stroke like symptoms are the usual manifestations described.
