@xDarkxArenx , It's too bad that you don't understand how statistics work. The "1/5th of projected deaths" is silly. The number is based on how many people would die if you did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Not to mention we aren't even through the pandemic yet... the PROPER way to estimate how many deaths Trump is responsible for is to look at how OTHER COUNTRY'S respond who have similar economies etc... for example Canada... if you do the math then it turns out America should have had half or less than half of its current deaths... that makes Trump partially responsible for about 200,000 deaths.

The question of the lawsuit isn’t whether Trump “stoked the fire”, it’s whether the speech he gave on Jan 6, directly caused the riot. And this is going to be impossible to prove. And sorry to burst your bubble, but the FBI had actually been keeping tabs on multiple people who had said they planned on storming the capitol WEEKS before Trump gave his speech. So basically the riot was planned way before Trump even gave his speech. And also, just go ahead and ignore the fact that Trump literally said to protest PEACEFULLY and PATRIOTICALLY. There was also a clip where a Trumper moron repeatedly tried to bash down a double door with a barricade, but the door had handles to show that it opened towards him. In the full footage, the door then opens and he gets squirted with pepper spray. If Trump had sent a message asking for the stupidest, most immoral citizens to converge on the Capitol, the exact same people would have been there.

Trying to overturn an election and with it your own government is worse in terms of the role of president to uphold our democracy and the Constitution. It is a direct betrayal our country. Though it failed, it was an unprecedented, treacherous, and violent attack. At least when the British attacked the Capitol just over 2 centuries ago, we were at war with them. He is the only president to try to destroy our form of government.

Kate Coombs Trump might actually believe that the election was rigged and it is possible it was (although pretty unlikely imo). In the case it was rigged, it is I believe justifiable to campaign against it and try to overturn it. Now let’s imagine the case that it wasn’t rigged and Trump just said it because he is a sore loser, it definitely isn’t justifiable and I agree with you on that however I still disagree with it being worse than what many other presidents have done.

This right here is why so many biased plea bargain convictions occur. The attitude of I work for my money has zero integrity.
