I burned pasta by mistake once (idk how either 💀 the water was just gone and I was half asleep gaming, couldn’t pause). The char tasted surprisingly good.

My husband and I were homeless for almost 6 years and at the end we were paying someone to live in their shed,it had electricity and also an AC unit so it was really nice and a huge step up compared to some of the other places we had to stay in.. Anyways so the lady gave us this old cooker, it wasn't a crockpot, but it was kind of like one ,well we hadn't had a home cooked meal in a VERY long time and we wanted spaghetti so I made the hamburger, drained off the grease, added the sauce and then I broke up the noodles and added them too,it was probably some of the best spaghetti I ever had and not just because we were really hungry and hadn't had a good meal, but because it really and truly was!!! I haven't made my spaghetti differently since
@Random this system is so corrupt and treats some people who aren't rich like dirt. In Gods kingdom all will have a home and no one will have any of their needs unattended. In Gods kingdom the blessing will be so overwhelming we will not be able to contain them.

I love how Italians will chew you out for the slightest mistake or variation in cooking their dishes. Yet they break their "rules" all the time. This is literally poorly cooked, burned pasta cooked in sauce. If it were any other country apart from France this dish would be a laughing stock. Because its Italian, oh so amazing, so wonderful. Next we'll be seeing spaghetti alla ketchup and being told how mouth-watering it is.
That’s called Naporitan, it’s a Japanese dish inspired by Italian cooking that uses Ketchup. It’s a very delicious dish consisting of like I said ketchup, but also oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, bell peppers, spicy sausages, chili flakes, and topped with mounds of parmesan cheese. It’s recommended to drizzle tobasco sauce on top and drink a beer while eating it.
Yea but it's only existed since the 1980s so idek how Italians feel about it. It's definitely not a "traditional" dish that they tend to get upset about
Era concentrato di pomodoro, il brodo é molto importante per cuocere la pasta in padella per l'assassina. MA NON CREDO CHE VADA BENE IN BRODO DI VERDURA! per cui..
As long you are Italian, you're are fine to cook it this way. If foreigners tried this method, there will people in the comments section criticise you for burning it and not cooking it the authentic way. 🤷
@@AdaptableAmerican i mean think about it, it could work the sauce kinda acts as a ‘soaker’ for the pasta then just add a little water should be good to go
@@sirtiemanthis is actually an Italian dish and it is cooked that way, you have to put just a little amount of water a couple of times and let it evaporate

Guys, its not good 1: if u boil the pasta in tomato sauce they will take alot of time to boil because tomato sauce have some acid that will make the pasta hard to boil. Also , they taste much better if u do them normally , u dont have to do special shits , just make them good
The dish called “The assassin” is actually meant to be cooked in the sauce since you want that slight char that gives it its signature taste that you’ll get when in the pan for a long time. It won’t have that taste if you cook them separately and you’ll just have a regular spaghetti with spicy sauce. Everyone has their own opinion on whether it’s good or not, so while I respect your opinion, I won’t say it’s not good until I try it
@@BeatlesPlotagonShow sorry, i just said it just bc i tried this one before The pasta got boiled very hard so i had to add also some water, it took about 40 mins to boil, and the sauce also lost some of his taste. Maybe i did it wrong but still..
@@roxanarazorea9570yes, it actually needs just more or less 10 minutes, but you have to put spoons of boiling water (as is shown in the video) and let them evaporate
Shorter than the 3-4 hours we simmer the sauce starting early in the morning before church, then adding the meat in after coming home, continue simmering, and that's when you make your macaronic/pasta, and put together the salad. It's where the "work ethic" comes from. Try it! If you did you, hope you were happy with it!! So many ways of doing it - find yours and I'm sure it will be great!! xoxo Ciao!
Spanish comes from Italian as Italia is from root Italics which is from Latin which is Rome. It's only the Hispanics that have to have that label banner of "latino" for the attitude. Otherwise, Italian accent came first, but it does sound a little less Italian because he's toning it down with the 'singing' that Italian requires. His mother sounds more Spanish actually...
Honestly the video is a little incoherent. The video speaks about an italian dish, the "Assassina", that wants pasta cooked like this, but then the title suggests that it must be done with all the pasta dishes. Trust me, this method would not work for all the pasta dishes... Instead, a thing that I'm seeing that is actually done, is to cook only in part the pasta in the pot, then finish the cooking process in a pan, according to some dishes
A great video IMO...I can't get over the hatred and the cruelty of the remarks...wow, there are a lot of mentally sick people in the world. I can't wait to cook my spaghetti this way...will give it a try.
@@gaia7240 qui, in Italia, continente europeo, o eurasiatico, dipende dalle opinioni, paese facente parte dell'Unione Europea. Semplice pasta risottata,
to make it taste even better make spaghetti toast slightly on the pan with only olive oil with garlic and red pepper, do not put tomato sauce so thick, instead, use salted boiling water + tomato sauce and let it cool slowly adding water over time. you add it over tiem so that salt and tomato start molding together while water evaporates + gets absorbed by the spaghetti, that way tomato gets that tasty slighly burnt pizza taste, once you get the red color you like, if the pasta is still not cooked you can add the remaining water and close the pan to let it finish cook and prevent water from evaporating. For more taste, you can add at the end basil and mozzarella before you serve it. truly a great pasta dish.
I hope and pray that Matteo and Emiliano didn't see this. If they did, I feel sorry for you. Even I know that you're not supposed to burn 🍝 spaghetti in a pan. ALWAYS BOIL YOUR SPAGHETTI 🍝 😋 IN A POT. Dude, you didn't want to try it out the right way.
