Never Fail Gluten Free Scone Recipe // Light & Fluffy // Quick & Easy
Hi Bakers,
Hope you're staying safe and well and baking up a storm! I've got a delicious and traditional gluten free scone recipe for you! Now my gluten intolerant friends don't have to miss out! These are light, flakey, and super easy to make. Honestly you can't even tell there's no gluten!

INGREDIENTS
275g (2 cups) gluten-free all purpose flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
30g chilled butter, chopped or grated
125ml (1/2 cup) thickened cream
125ml (1/2 cup) mineral water
Milk, to brush
Granulated sugar for sprinkling
Jam and cream to serve
