I'm 36 and that's the first workout I've ever done in my life. Recently broke up with a girl, got terrible anxiety and low self esteem. Will stick with this and see if I can rescue my dating prospects x
Aww, I'm sorry to hear that. It's been two weeks, and I hope you've recovered at least the slightest bit. I'm glad to hear you're working to improve yourself, exercising is definitely a great way to get your mind off the negative things in life. Get buff, boost your self esteem and find a keeper :) Well, you don't need to do the third thing, the most important thing is that you're happy with yourself :^)
Absolutely did not want to work out tonight. I was this close to just going to sleep but i decided I’d try to make it half way through this one at least. I ended up repeating the entire video for a total of forty minutes and feel amazing! Thanks for the motivation!
Nice one, Joe. I'm 57 year of age. Fit, for my age. Just had to give up regular running after 16 years without a break - knees just can't take it anymore. Very grateful for this, and for you. Thank you. Christopher

Just did my 4th 15 minute work out with ya Joe. Im energized and feeling mentally strong. I can't believe just this 15 minute lily routine is changing my life for the way better. I feel a Norco-type high the rest of the morning and early afternoon! Thanks Joe!
I have been doing Joe's workouts since December of last year. I love them because its 20-25 minutes workout so I don't need to go even out of the house in winter. I noticed weight loss around end of March(must say that I didn't quit eating fries/pasta/pizza on weekends). It's quite satisfying to see that I need to put a belt on my jeans now haha. Joe is quite real in the videos which makes you feel comfortable. Keep up the good work Joe! 😁

Hey Joe - love these workouts! What would really help me though, is if you added some detail in the description about what it involves so I can work out which one to go for. E.g. This 20 minute workout includes 5 rounds of 4 x 30 seconds on 30 seconds off - mountain climbers, high knees, squat jumps and lunges. Something like that would really help! Thanks :)
20 minutes have never flown by like that! Thank you! I went jogging for an hour (about 8 km), and then ended with this workout. Wow! Do you know how many calories are burned during this HIIT? 😀

I am grateful to have found you - I've stayed away from male-led exercise bc the energy is usually too intense for me. But your energy is different, more mellow, calmer, and very genuine... a wonderful thing! I also love how you are there right along with us, feeling the burn!!!

Can't thank you enough for your workouts - I discovered them through the ones you're doing for kids during the Coronavirus lockdown. I'm 62 years old and have been struggling to find a way to improve my fitness - kept trying to get into jogging but hated it! I now do one of your 20 minute workouts five times a week - I'm thoroughly enjoying it, actually look forward to the sessions, and feel so much fitter. This is one of my favourites - nice and varied. Yesterday clearly finished me off with the 14 circuit. I hadn’t realised until I started this. Half way through and my body is complaining. 🤣🤣🤣 but back to it. Thanks Joe. I've only just had the inspiration to try this video in lockdown as my gym is shut. It absolutely kicked my ass the first time I tried a week or so ago.... I could only manage 5 mins before I had to give in. 5 mins!? That's crazy as I can skip fast like a boxer for 20 plus mins and do Hiit skipping comfortably. So I was impressed and decided to keep it up, my next try was a couple of days later and managed 11 mins after recruiting my teenage son to try it with me. After that I had to wait about 5 days before my legs came back to me 😆. A couple of days later I beat my JW pb to get to 13 mins... And today only a day after the 13 mins one I have a new JW pb of 15 mins. Love it and will keep it up to hopefully progress to your longer videos. Keep on keeping on Joe 👌
I do your workouts all the time and think they are great! This was a good one but I would love more challenging workouts and also some more 25 minute ones too please!

This was the second time I did this workout and the last time I did it I had more energy the day after then I have been having lately due to being stuck at home due to Covid-19. This also stopped me from being bored for 20 minutes.

We are in year 11 at my school so it's year of prom we now do these workouts in the pe lesson they always hurt me the next two days but they really do help
