Glad to hear you have been awarded an MBE Joe. You deserve it for keeping all the children motivated and exercised. At the other end of the spectrum you also entertained and motivated people like me who were shielding. Thankyou for being the bright spot in my day then and now. Out of all of the full body workouts (without dumbbells), this is my favourite. I like the fact that there's a warm up and no burpees! So, thank you 👍😊 Feeling good now! 💪

Since you moved though I do want to say Some sound proofing in that room wouldn’t go a miss so that your voice doesn’t sound so tinny the newest videos are a little hard on the ears

Lovely to see you back and thanks again for another great workout. I've just done it this evening. Later than usual but i was determined to get in a workout again today. You are such an inspiration and motivator... I've really incorporated your workouts into my daily life. I may have 1 day off in the week. I'm so pleased I started your PE with Joe sessions, all those months ago while stuck at home and continued them and your other workouts ever since.
Great workout joe. Just started back after my laziness since august. Going to do one of your workouts at least 3 times a week. I feel so much better and less stressed today. Slept better too. Thank you and keep up the good work. Like to see more workouts coming.
Just did this now after taking my.dog over the field for a run. While trying to talk myself into doing something when I got home. I remember this new one. I've done it koved it and am proud of myself for pushing myself on thank you Joe. was waivering today becaus I felt down. I'm knackered but cheered up feel more positive now.thank you.🤗😄

great easy little workout. I found it a little easy so I spiked some of the breaks and did the Joe wicks 10 min abs afterwards. great for those days I don't feel like doing anything to intense but still fell like moving my body,will definatly do again.
Been following your workouts since last month. After an over zealous workout left with a tolerable but sometimes painful ankle injury, I am careful about high impact workout. So far I am having a great time and no injuries. Thank you Joe!
