This crew has done so may projects that most companies couldn't even attempt!! They have a small company of expert and skilled employees that are dedicated and very detailed in their processes! I belive their newest employee has been there over 6 years! Keep it up Composite Technologies and Comp Air !!!! A d great footage and awesome job with this video! What a badass plane! Big and comfortable plane ready for a group!! Sweet
Great video! After seeing so many kit aircraft ventures go bankrupt over the years by trying to succeed on a dubious combination of inadequate startup capital and advanced customer deposits, it's nice to see a currently successful company with multiple revenue streams involved in bringing an aircraft to market. They not only already have extensive experience in composite design and construction techniques, but appear to have the financial ability to withstand the considerable time of sinking money into the venture while waiting for the product to succeed and provide a return on the investment. The innovative design and exceptional performance of the CompAir 6.2 aircraft is also amazing.
Very interesting. They don't do anything to contain the loose carbon fiber to prevent breathing them? that might not be entirely healthy. Like how breathing asbestos was not entirely healthy.
absolutely no air quality control, very minor temperature control, no post-curing whatsoever, fabrics handled with bare hands (can lead to delamination), drums of polyester resin, etc. this video is a materials engineer's nightmare.
@@oiphebal no tool or hardware accountability. The bare hands is actually a really big deal. Should be far more sterile especially because it's composite
THAT IS A W E S U M !!!!!! I hope we can do bizzyness after I win the lotto lol or powerball or yea... whats the stats on the turbine version ??? can that extra space in the wings that the dude said was ''EMPTY SPACE'' in the middle at the rear ?? of the wing.... can THAT BE ADDED AS FUEL SPACE??? I can get a timestamp if ya look at this and have no clu what space I was referring to.... it was in the WING ROOM while they were talkin about the lower skins and the spars n stuff...
Hello sir its my dream to work in usa , in an aircraft making company . And i believe you are the perfect . Plz give me an opportunity to work with you. I will be waiting
Yeah...this video probably won't help sales. Very messy facility with non-existent organization of materials/chemicals and I bet there's no documented version of standardized work instructions. Not too many people who could afford such an aircraft would purchase it after seeing this video and jeopardize their safety.
They have over 175 years of composite experience between their small group of 7 composite technicians!!! They have proven their quality over the years with the amazing things they have built over the years. From the space industry to the entertainment industry, their products are quality !!! They built the fire breathing dragon for the HARRY POTTER ride as well! An amazing job on that!!!
jesus christ everything looks so dirty... this is a disservice for the composite industry!!! i hope nothing happens for some delamination caused by dirt or skin oil...
